This is a spacious one bedroom, one bath condo with built in hallway bunks and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Great pool and ocean views from the patio. Just steps away from the beach. Feel like you’re at the beach from the moment you walk in with tropical mosaic tile work in the entry to the nautical touches throughout. This condo is perfect for small families or couples. The one bedroom has a queen sized bed, the hallway has built in bunk beds with safety railing. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. Captain's Cove condo has an impeccable 5 star review history. Freshly painted white kitchen and bunks. New furniture and flooring throughout. *Please note there is a $35 resort fee that will need to be paid when checking in at the front office. The office will provide you with wristbands for the resort amenities and a parking permit for your stay.

Great location. Overall very clean and well maintained. Some minor maintenance issues - knob missing from kitchen drawer, vinyl flooring peeling in some locations - but none that adversely impacted my stay.

Not awesome but not awful

Condo is tiny and in an outdated complex. Condo was clean but sliding glass door doesn't work properly. While my daughter was trying to open it, she got her finger smashed and broke her new nails. Nice location, but won’t go back there.

Great Location & Beautifully Decorated Condo

The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, and the space was beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view was wonderful and the kids loved the pools and the bunk beds. When we arrived, we did notice that the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to expectations, but the host was very responsive and quick to address our concerns. Their communication was great, which we really appreciated.Overall, with a little more attention to cleaning, this would be a perfect stay. We’d definitely consider coming back!

Family Trip/ Galveston

My family really enjoyed our stay @ Captain's Cove! My grandson enjoyed the beach toys that were on the balcony. They also had several kites, but we ran out of time. The shower was amazing! The only downfall was having just the one bathroom, when there were 4 adults and 1 child. The ocean view was amazing!

No elevator . And slow internet

Everything was good except the internet is really slow. It would logged me out every 30 minutes because of the internet. And a none of elevators work. I try 3 different ones and they were out of service

Pleasant Stay!

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our trip to Galveston. The owner Grant was very responsive and helpful. Great beach location! Highly recommend!

Decent Stay

Place was okay clean. Needs a deep clean like ac vents, trim, corners, sliding doors were gunked up so hard to open and close. Kitchen had more items to use than I thought which was nice. Needs dish soap for items that can’t be put in dishwasher. Owner was very nice and answered all my questions. If you intend on renting a golf cart just know you won’t be able to park it here as you are past 61st street. Elevators needs maintenance in my opinion. Staff was very nice. Pool was very nice. You are right next to beach and light to cross over. I would stay again for sure!!

Home Away From Home

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. The kids really liked the bunk beds where they could watch movies and relax. Just enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Perfect location

Perfect little condo in a nice spot on Galveston Beach. The amenities at the Victorian are nice! Condo was just as described - clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

Best Condo

We really enjoyed this condo!!! It was perfectly laid out, each bunk bed had its own tv for the littles. The view was amazing!!! Great place to stay, best condo we've stayed in by far!!!! The owners were super nice and very quick to respond. We will ne recommending this condo to everyone and we definitely plan on staying here the next time we visit Galveston!!!

Quick Weekend Stay

Decided on a last minute getaway with the grandchildren and this was a great option. Unit was very clean, updated, and centrally located. Check in was easy! Kids enjoyed the TVs in the bunk area and were able to watch their own shows which was nice. Would definitely stay again!!!

Captain’s Cove

We stayed at the Captain’s cove for the Lone star rally. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying at this place and our 9th consecutive year coming to the rally. I’m not staying at any other place, love it. Please bikers find another place during LSR week. This place is taken lol. Great place for families!! 👍👍

Wonderful weekend

Beautiful

Love the condo. It was perfect for a weekend stay. Will definitely be back again. Love the view from the balcony. Even with the pool right outside, you would never tell people were in the pool. It was so quiet.

We are a young family that discovered our love for Galveston about 10 years ago. We've been going several times per year to enjoy our favorites restaurants and shops. There is so much to do year round in Galveston, and we decided to invest in something that is ours. We hope you enjoy the little island as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We've known that we wanted something of our own for a while. We definitely wanted an ocean view with a Seawall Blvd address. That's part of the fun as part timers on the island. Captain's Cove sucked us in as soon as we saw all the nautical detail and tropical mosaic tile in the entry. It just yells, "we're at the beach" the moment you walk in.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The balcony offers great views of the pool and the ocean. Perfect spot for morning coffee, or a cocktail at night. It's very safe with a gated entry and security on property, but also close enough to the store if we need anything. Being right on the middle of Seawall Blvd puts you close to all that the island has to offer.
