Stay in the heart of Historic Southport in our spacious home with room for two families.
Walk to the Riverfront restaurants and shops of Historic Southport.
We are right on Moore Street, with a breezy front porch.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep 10. We have a large fenced yard, firepit, and game room with ping pong, fooseball, and a separate TV area. TVs in each bedroom + pet-friendly!
We are also only a 10-15 minute drive to Yaupon Beach in Oak Island!

All tvs in the house are Roku Smart TVs, so you can log in to your own subscriptions.

Absolutely perfect for our weekend stay in Southport! Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and lovely outdoor space. Our family (and dogs!) thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway!

Could not have wanted more with this house! Location is minutes to great restaurants, ferries, waterfront and beach. House had everything we wanted and we loved sitting on the front porch with coffee each morning. Communication with owners was excellent and they even left us a considerate welcome basket. Everything was so easy we had no trouble just relaxing.

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding and were blown away by the property. It was spacious enough to get ready in the morning with my bridesmaids in the downstairs game room as well as host my close family in the rooms above. The backyard has a great social fire pit and we would’ve loved to use it if we had more time! The beds were comfortable, the road was quiet, and the decor was beautiful coastal cottage vibe. Not to mention, everything was either walking or golf cart distance away, making our wedding at the community center a breeze with transportation! Would 100% stay again! Also the hosts were very attentive with lots of communication and very understanding.

A nice house

We enjoyed our stay. I had never been to Southport before so I was not familiar with the proximity to town. Yes, the property is walkable, but it's not right in town. You have to walk for a bit on the highway with no sidewalks. And there is no public water access super close to the property. But you can tell the house had been updated and it felt very clean and well-stocked. The game room was fun and the beds were comfortable. I recommend staying, just know that you will be walking a bit.

Race weekend

We loved this place. Had everything we needed for our stay and location was great. Walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars easily!!Would recommend and would stay here again for sure!!!

A Hallmark Christmas

Our family had a fabulous kick off to the Christmas holiday during our thanksgiving stay in this home. It’s about a half a mile to downtown and an easy walk. The house has a huge backyard and was nicely decorated and very clean. Southport has a breathtaking charm to it that warms your heart. It was a perfect holiday. charm

Southport

The property is in a phenomenal location. I did have to ask for check in instructions day of arriving. When we arrived, I was really dissapointed in the cleanliness. There was a thick film of dust on all the ceiling fans, dishes in the dishwasher, the inside of the fridge needed a good deep scrub, and my parents found socks under their bed. On the day of checkout, there were not any hampers to place the laundry in as instructed. However the beds were comfortable and the conscience to town was wonderful! The backyard was spacious and we loved the screened in porches. With the exception of the cleanliness, this was overall a decent stay.

Daughter’s Wedding

Great location close to shops in Southport and very short drive to Bald Head Island ferry. Very clean property with fully fenced back yard. Property owners very accessible for any questions. Hope to stay again.

We love Southport!

Thanks for sharing your home with us! It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room, the adults loved the fire pit and front deck became our favorite place to hang out.

Pictures don’t do it justice

I’ll start of by saying the pictures don’t do this place justice. All 10 adults in our party were truly pleased with every aspect of our stay. When you walk in, there is an awesome basement with ample room. There is a big couch,tv, two cots and plenty of other seating. The ping pong and football were a nice touch as well. The cots could have been a little more comfy but just having the extra sleeping arrangements was super nice. All 4 beds upstairs were very comfortable. The master bedroom had its own bathroom and a cute porch overlooking the backyard. The kitchen and living room area were more spacious than the photos looked. All 10 of us cooked and ate without feeling cramped. We spent the majority of the time on the long front porch. Super pretty. It was also very cute, modern and updated decorations. The main bathroom was so pretty! Even the ceiling was pretty! If you have a party of 10 or less and plan on staying at this house for meals and games, I’d highly recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We loved our stay! Perfect location! Spotless house and beautiful decor! Beds were so comfy and bathrooms were top notch! The hosts provided everything we could possibly need and more! We hope to be back again soon and 100% recommend this home to anyone of all ages!

Perfect Wedding Weekend for Bride & Bridesmaids

Our family and the bridesmaids stayed for the wedding weekend and the house was perfect! The location couldn't have been better since it was 1/2 mile away from the venue. The basement area was perfect for our grandson to play and also was a great space for hair and makeup to be done. The house's light beach decor was perfect for the "getting ready" pictures which turned out great! The bedrooms seemed tucked away from the main areas of the house which was great for those napping during the day. TVs & ceiling fans in every bedroom, good water pressure, great A/C and lots of parking area are a few good things to point out. Three full bathrooms is also a major plus when having 10 people in the house. We rented a golf cart and it was fun to ride it around town. We slept in the king master and the bed slept well. I was totally satisfied with this choice for our wedding weekend. I would most definitely rent it again when in the area. One thing to point out for anyone having problems with steps is that the main level is upstairs and the master has steps down to it. It was not a problem for us at all but when thinking of my mom with knee problems, it could have been an issue for her.
