The space

You are booking the whole house and gorgeous backyard space. You get the front yard space as well (non shared).

Two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are located upstairs. The other two bedrooms and full bathroom are located downstairs.

The house has a beautiful stocked kitchen with a full dining area that holds 8. Inside the dining area, there is a wine fridge and coffee bar for you.

Exit the dining area to the spacious screened in deck with TV. There is even another enclosed deck area with backyard seating and a firepit. The fully enclosed backyard has an additional firepit for your use as well.

The house can sleep 10 but is most comfortable with 8!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, deck, backyard space, and driveway.

This was a wonderful stay! Clean, well maintained home. It was perfect for our two families- close to skiing, and cozy with a great kitchen for families who like to cook! Thank you!

Cheated

Things were good until the end. Feel like I was ripped off and cheated. Why have customers pay a cleaning fee, and then charge extra for cleaning? The owner sent me attatchment pics throught the Vrbo chat, claiming there was a damaged comfortor, and place was left in horrible condition? But when I tried to click on the attatchment, it wouldn't let me view it? But I get charged over $200 more on my credit card? Thieves!

Nightmare host

I highly recommend not to book with this host. I felt very uncomfortable and harassed by this host. We were having a close family get together with 4 children under the age of seven and she demanded a head count and accused us of having a party that would disturb the neighborhood. They also called me twice around 11pm when my daughter was going to sleep and it caused her to wake up. I felt like that was very inappropriate especially since I was responding to the their messages VERY quickly. I never heard a response after my last text. This listing was also listed for half the price on the other site. I took pictures in case they tried to get more money.

Earwigs EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

The basement of the house is infested with earwigs. Be careful they come out at night and the owner doesn’t care!!! DO NOT STAY. We stayed from July 1st through 7th 2023. They said they would fumigate after we left and close the house for two days. But she also didn’t believe me, even with pictures so I doubt that happened. Bugs were in beds and on my toothbrush. Its also super fun to step on them in the middle of the night, barefoot. Good news is they seem to only be in the basement. House is completely slanted, as in you walk downhill to the bedrooms. The upstairs shower clogs and fills up while showering. The yard is a weed mess, no grass at all. I was only going to complain about the bugs until they were unwilling to give any discount so now you get to hear all the things wrong.

Worst VRBO ever stayed at!

2 beds up & 2 in basement without EGRESS windows (requirement to pass inspection to rent out).75 yr old house, Overgrown weeds front & backyard.Firepit taken over by weeds & no pathway thru weeds! Fence was down, broken & gate was down in front yard. Dirty towels left on back of door in bedroom & bath. Dirty stove, all beds uncomfortable and cheap! Floor upstairs leans. Bath had no handrails and sliding mat, overhead light in queen bedroom did not work. No reading lamp in double beds rm. Fridge small, no icemaker or trays. TV had no local TV or cable (had to use your OWN app to watch TV at all. Couch in basement TV room was HORRIBLY small & uncomfortable! Couch on deck was broken so we never even tried to sit on deck or try TV Screen porch was not covered completly with screen and ripped/stapled poorly not considered a SCREENED IN PORCH! No mirrors in bedrooms or TV's. Every VRBO we've ever stayed at had TV's and mirrors in every bedroom. Found bugs in several places when we arrived. The ONLY good thing was the long dining room table and kitchen countertop. The table was riddled with water damage. THE MOST DISAPPOINTED we've ever been staying at a VRBO. Window coverings (one broken) don't cover the light from neighbor house needs curtains, FRI & Sat was constant noisy race track from main street with thin windows. Not sure how they were able to pass inspection on this house. Needs inspected by city!YOU SHOULD STAY CLEAR of this HORRIBLE HOUSE & neighborhood too!

Great House

House was great for our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was clean but definitely not professionally cleaned. Didn't both us much though. The firepit is only a small little metal covered stand in the corner of the yard. We brought wood in hopes to use it but it was too much of a hassle to get to, plus the yard was just mud and weeds. We were hoping for more of an actual place to have a fire on the chilly fall evening. Not a deal breaker by any means but since it was so emphasized on the listing we were a little disappointed. The beds are comfortable, the couches are definitely not. My biggest issue was with the communication of the host. After booking a couple of months ago I sent a message with some questions. The only response I got (or ever got) was an auto generated response with no answers. I sent several messages with the same result. I feel that communication on this sort of arrangement is key so I was a little bugged and just really hoped once we showed up at the house everything would work out. I did get 4 or 5 messages from the host while we were staying there but again only auto generated, and two of them actually bothered me-one had incorrect checkout time one which felt weird and the other one was them saying they are a realtor if we wanted to go to lunch. Like I said, we did enjoy our stay and the house was great for what we wanted for our girls getaway but there are some things that need to be worked out as well.
