Modern Red River Gorge Vacation Home Fiber WiFi + W/D

Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located house in the heart of Red River Gorge. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay including fiber optic WiFi internet, washer/dryer, 3 TVs with cable TV, free streaming services - Disney+, YouTube TV, Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in every room. Enjoy easy access to everything the Gorge has to offer as well as nearby dining and grocery store. Dogs are welcome, but please keep off furniture. $50 pet fee per dog, max 2.

Our house is on a septic system. Please tell everyone in your party to not flush anything down the toilet besides our septic friendly toilet paper. Paper towels, feminine products, and food must be put in the waste basket. Having a septic backup during your stay is the last thing anyone wants.

Our address is not recognized by google maps, but you can search for "red river rendezvous rogers ky" and google should give you our location for you to navigate to. If that doesn't work for some reason, you can navigate to the Roger's KY Post Office. From there, follow the road north, then take your first right. Keep right at the fork, and look for 240 on the mail box.

Great stay for red river gorge fun

This place was easy and the layout was great for us! The kids loved having their own room and we had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids to share. Plenty of seating for meals and comfortable beds. Very clean!

Modern Red River Gorge Vacation Home

Enjoyed our stay! Listing was accurate. Location easy to get to but semi/private. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Large enough to spread out and have us all in same area at the same time. Would recommend again especially if you have a bigger group!

The house was just great! Tracy was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was very quiet and rural. In fact, we saw a flock of turkeys in our front yard! Yet, it was centrally located to all the activities we had planned.

Great customer service!

The decor and amenities were well-thought out. The layout was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for adults and kiddos to gather. The location was centrally located to popular attractions and beautiful hikes. Owner was extremely responsive and quickly alleviated our concerns. Improvements to landscape and interior cleaning could be made.

Family Getaway

Enjoyed our time in the area and the house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the space, game selection, ability to bring our pet and the fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Tracy was super quick to respond and communicate. We would definitely stay there again.

Son's Wedding Weekend

My son's wedding took place over the weekend. Several family members were staying in other locations in the area and since we were centrally located to wedding events, these family members were able to stop in and visit for a few minutes. This home is lovely and the hosts have done a great job in attending to every detail. Great stay!

Family Meet Up and Get Away

This home was spacious inside, clean and modern with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Beds were very comfortable. The outside could have been maintained better - the back deck was dirty, chair cushions mildewy and there were active wasp nests on the back and side deck. We sprayed and removed the nests, hosed the deck, washed the table and chairs - which made it more comfortable and usable. This is really the only reason we rated 4/5 and not 5/5. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and close to hikes, sightseeing and a couple of great restaurants. We would book again, just feela bit more care of the outdoor spaces would make this a 5/5!

Spring Break Adventures

Wonderful house! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The home had board games to play on rainy days. TV also had apps with plenty of options.Location is great if looking to go hiking. Plenty of hikes within 15-20 mins of the house.Only complaint was some smaller neighborhood dogs were roaming the neighborhood and they were aggressive. Not something the VRBO owner can control though

Everything about this home is perfect, the only thing was the last renters had a dog and there was dog hairs all over. But I immediately contacted Tracey and the cleaning crew came and recleaned. You have a beautiful place and we enjoyed it!

Great property. Decor & Bedding - Comfortable and great attention to detail. Everything was fresh, new, & clean. Big indicator of a great property is bedding. This property had new fresh bedding and mattresses. This is often overlooked in many VRBO style rentals and is a sign of cutting corners.

Beautiful cottage in the middle of RRG

Tracy was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our questions. Very easy check-in and out process. Comfortable beds with all linens and pillows provided. All essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies were also provided. The reverse osmosis water filter was a delightful bonus, providing clean drinking water without the typical well water taste. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the gas stove cast iron griddle was perfect for cooking with. Gas BBQ was clean and well maintained. 10/10 would stay here again.

Good split floor plan for families

Split floor plan was great for two families. Location was great for visiting the red river gorge area and kids toys and board games were nice to use. The grill wouldn’t heat past 260 with all burners on high so those planned meals needed to be adjusted but everything in the kitchen worked fine including RO system and ice maker.

A great place for our family and climber friends to connect

Everything was as advertised and more. My son loved the magnatiles and the back bunk bed room. This space met our needs and everything was easy. The location is perfect as it is close to Muir Valley (although we did not climb there this trip) and close to exit 40 for friends who were new to The Gorge to find. The Station and The Brick are right now the street… again, perfect for tourist too! The GPS and directions were helpful and all was in working order. The septic is sensitive (which is noted in all bathrooms) and we did not flush items, but still had issues…. So be careful. Great price and great location. The master’s king bed was awesome.

Nice, modern house

Very nice house, with a great kitchen and amenities. We were staying with a young one who really appreciated the variety of board games, as well as the trampoline outside!

Good Location for RRG

Loved being so close to the gorge, we were able to hike several trails and hung out in the house a lot. Property was in a secluded subdivision, so not in the woods by any means, but a pretty and quite cul-de-sac. Loved it!

Hi, my name is Tracy Zhang. I have a small family of 3, and we are avid outdoor climbers. Actually, I'm an avid outdoor belayer. My son is the climber. We live in Chattanooga, but we visit the Red River Gorge all the time. We first rented cabins or stayed in motels, but 2 essentials were always missing from every place we stayed at: 1. Reliable WiFi and 2. Washer and Dryer (for our extended trips). So we went on the hunt for a house that could keep us connected and clean when we vacationed, and we found the perfect place. The internet speed here is faster than we have at home! If you've never experienced gigabit fiber before, you're in for a real treat!

Our house is one of the very few in the Gorge area that has reliable WiFi. If you've ever stayed in the Gorge, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't before, ask the other hosts what their internet speeds are on the speed test. Cell phone reception is pretty bad in the Gorge, so good WiFi is a must. And washer/dryer is often overlooked as an essential amenity for longer stays. Most places around here don't have those.
