I went to flagler to celebrate my birthday and this spot was absolutely amazing. It’s so good I almost don’t want to leave this review to encourage more people to book it lol. (I might be biased, as I used to vacation at the Nautilus as a kid & Flagler is my favorite place on earth..) The condominium was built in the 80s, but we had no serious issues with cleanliness. They take good care of their property. The host was very kind & accommodating & kept in contact with us through out our stay. The location is perfect, and even though you don’t have an ocean front view, the view from the balcony over Halifax is still pretty incredible. We absolutely loved our weekend here & definitely want to stay again. Thank you !

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our hostess was extremely responsive with any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped, even though I did not cook at all. The only thing we found a little bit uncomfortable was the couch, which is the only place to sit in the living room, except for the bar-height dining chairs. Couch was saggy and difficult to get up from for these older folks. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay. The pool is excellent too!.

Loved our stay! Colette was very responsive when we texted with any questions, the condo was clean and had what we needed. The building was clean and pretty well kept also, the pool was great with two different showers to rinse off in!

Very nice! A property, however the other residents were quite nasty to us the last days we stayed. I have no idea why. We spent most of our time out and about. Lot's to do in surrounding area. Great restaurants. Also, fantastic views from building.

Nice location/outdated accommodations

We liked that the location was several miles from the main area. It was conveniently located to our needs. Beach access was very good. Pool area was clean and very nice. People we met from the building were friendly. We appreciated that we had a garage. The condo was disappointing. It was smaller than expected. We were glad the other couple was not able to join us. When we arrived, there was no toilet tissue! We had to go out and buy some. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom did not work - some one had pulled the chain out. There was very little air conditioning getting to the 2 bedrooms and it was stuffy. When I checked the AC unit in the closet, the air filter was overly clogged up which was preventing air flow. The TV system was crippling! There were no instructions of any sort to figure it out. There were no instructions or information of ANY kind to give us info on anything in the condo unit, surrounding area restaurants, etc. check out process.

Flagger Beach

Colette was very accommodating, and checked in with several times during our stay, asking if we needed anything. Her unit was very comfortable and a short ride too many beaches along A1A. It was convenient ride to St. Augustine.

Family Beach trip

Condo was decorated well. Large bedrooms and nice beds. View of the intercostal. Toughest part was parking in parking garage but nothing terrible. Very nice condo. Highly recommend d.

Great location for a relaxing beach time

A very clean,quiet and friendly condo. Access to the beach was very easy. My daughter, sister and I had a great time and would recommend this to anyone who loves quiet time at the beach.

Nice little condo

We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was clean while a bit outdated. The only issue we had was there was no toilet paper in any bathroom upon arrival and after a long trip driving, we all had to use the bathroom so that was a bummer. She did provide some TP the next day. Location is nice although they are doing construction on the beach (building a seawall I think) and that was unexpected. One thing to note that we would have enjoyed knowing ahead of time is that the washer and dryer is a community washer and dryer in the hallway of each floor and they require quarters to use. $1.25 per cycle. So if you are planning to do laundry, bring quarters or cash (there is a coin maker in the main lobby which we had to search for as well since we weren’t prepared or missed this info somewhere along the way). The condo has 2 very comfy King size beds and a nice sectional couch. Had never been to Flagler, but we loved it. Laid back, not over crowded or touristy!

not as expected

Had to find and change two light bulbs. Two large boxes were blocking the hallway. The building entrance and elevator was very dirty. The condo needed deep cleaning and a general refresh. There were bulldozers and construction everywhere outside.

Relaxing long weekend away from the hustle and bustle

Condo was nice and spacious. The view of the inter coastal was lovely. Walk to the beach was quick and the pool area was nice as well. Flagler beach downtown area was great. We normally stay in New Smyrna but the past few years it’s gotten too busy. Flagler was just the sleepy beach town we were looking for. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only thing that could have made it better was the 2nd bedroom having two twin beds instead of a king bed.

Our stay was so wonderful. The condo was much larger than we anticipated. Lots of accommodations inside the condo, the beach wagon was a huge plus. Very clean. The pool was so nice and the closeness of the beach was wonderful! It was also very quiet at the condo!

Flagler Stay-ca

Stayed for Rockville

Really enjoyed our stay. Colette was very easy to talk to and very accommodating. Originally it was just going to be myself and my husband. Our son who is in the military decided last minute he was going to Rockville with us. She had no problem letting him stay with us. The condo was bigger than I imagined. Eventhough it's not facing the beach, we still had a great view.

Flagler Stay

The property was great and the condo very clean and well kept. Met a few of the residents most where very nice, had one issue with a lady couple floors up yelling at the kids on the balcony and being a bit rude but overall great place and great stay.
