This condo is newly updated & decorated to beachy perfection, with an in-depth welcome book that will be waiting to inform & help you make the most of your stay! Flagler Beach is a beautifully unique paradise, and booking your stay here will place you walking distance from our sandy beaches, nature trails, tropical treats, and live local music featured at oceanfront restaurants & beach-style bars. Our island is filled with opportunities for experiencing wildlife, window shopping, dog-friendly areas, & never-ending fun in the sun!! FREE STREET PARKING ONLY is available along all downtown streets. The condo is always replenished with fresh linens waiting for you, no need to bring your own! We also provide houseware, cookware, tableware, and many more essentials for your stay with us- as frequent travelers, we understand the struggle & strive to provide to the highest capacity for all our tenants! The door lock was a struggle to lock and unlock. Overall great stay and would stay again!! Awesome location near a bunch of great food and shopping all in walking distance as well as the beach was really close too.

Cozy and Great Location

The condo was cozy and comfortable for our family of 3. The beach was easy to get to and we spent our evenings there. The pool was nice as well. The bed was super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, nice host.

The space is located in a great area as far as proximity to restaurants, beach, shopping ETC- everything is in walking distance. Parking on the other hand can be difficult, as there is no designated parking- you have to contend with the rest of the beach crowd, so I recommend moving the vehicle closer once the crowd thins out at night. The home is quaint, but well appointed, just needed a little tidy up and it would have gotten 5 stars. Roofing construction was going on during our stay, which I do not blame the homeowner for, but I do wish they would have mentioned something sooner than the night before our stay, since construction had commenced a week before our arrival per the other owners that were staying. Nap time was nonexistent for our toddler, and debris was a constant issue.

Great Location

We enjoyed this property so much. The location was perfect to experience everything Flagler Beach has to offer. Loved the pool, not a big fan of the street parking but it worked. The condo itself was beautiful, would absolutely stay here again

This place was perfect. Heated pool. Central location. Even free laundry. I would highly recommend this place for its beach town vibes and accommodations.

good but not great

The place was clean and comfortable. Martha, the owner was available and responded promptly when needed. However, we were disappointed. The ad reads as if you can see the sunrise over the ocean from the condo, but this is not true. To see the ocean we had to stand in the bedroom window and look to the far right, over buildings. No way could we see the sunrise from there. The balcony overlooks the pool area. We enjoy sitting on a balcony early mornings and late evenings and enjoy the twilight and the air, but here there are lights brighter than noonday on the balcony all night. We were also disappointed in the kitchen area, almost no space to prepare food and inadequate kitchen utensils. Going up the stairs to get to our condo required passing a very moldy smell at the foot of the stairs. While Martha is very nice I will look for a different place next time.

Perfect

I brought my son down to Florida for his senior spring break. This unit was perfect for the two of us. It’s close to everything right in Flagler and an easy enough drive to get to a bit more action in Ormond or Daytona. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the ability to walk across the street to the beach. If we ever make our way back down to the area, I’d book again without hesitation.

Clean and convenient! Property is in the middle of downtown and there's an ice cream shop around the corner too. Very walkable because no assigned parking in a small town was a challenge at times. Hosts were very attentive to our needs

Nice hideaway just steps from the beach

This was a very cozy and well stocked getaway for my husband and I on a long weekend. Just steps away from the beach and lots of wonderful shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

This is a cute little space in a great location a block from the beach. If you're looking to be in the apartment only a little bit and get to the beach easily, it'd be a great choice. You have a side view of the ocean from the bedroom as well. One thing to note, you don't really have private outdoor space as the balcony outside the front door is the passageway to all other condos. You can sit outside at the pool though (we couldn't because no pets allowed at the pool and we didn't want to leave him in the apt). The walls are a bit 'thin' - we could hear our neighbors talking but not bad. Very nice bathroom and an easy kitchen to use.

Great location

We loved our stay in this cute little condo - it is exactly as pictured with no surprises and was neat and clean. Communication with owner was perfect and quick responses received. It’s in a perfect part of town, within walking distance to so much and just a little over a block to the beach. Although it’s not beach facing, the pool had a really nice tropical vibe with plants all around, where I had morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for 2.

My husband & I are Flagler Beach locals, and can often be spotted zooming around the island via golf cart or scooters! We have two daughters who both work locally right here on the island during their summers. Family fun for us looks like time spent together, camping trips, and of course being knee deep in the saltwater, somewhere ♪♫. We love living here so much that we wanted to create opportunities for others to enjoy a comfortable and accommodating visit to our unique paradise!
