This condo breathes inspiration into it's people. Located 15 minutes from downtown Spokane and 20 minutes from downtown Coeur D'Alene, it doesn't get much better than this.
Custom mural pieces, pool table, soaking tub, private balcony, and more. Hard to believe so much has been achieved on a relatively small space.
Conveniently located, it is 5 minutes from the nearest hardware store, laundromat, and grocery store. 3/4 capable kitchen, and plenty of conveniences.
Only a 5 minute walk to the Centennial trail, where you have access to the river, walking path, and plenty of bunny rabbits.
TV comes loaded with HULU, Amazon, Netflix, HBO, and more. High speed internet, and smart home equipped.
