Welcome to your new home away from home where you will create magical memories while visiting one of the happiest places on earth & enjoying sunny weather all year round!

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is perfect, both for a fun Disney vacation for groups of up to 10 guests and/or for a quiet staycation.

You will be conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the nearest Walmart and other shopping, and 10-15 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal.

This is a very nice property, very spacious. Good for family vacation. Also 20min drive to disney world which is not far. The only surprise we found was that the cleaning crew seems to be off for our stay but the owner helps resolve the issue quickly upon our arrival. Would give 5 star if the cleaning crew had done a good job.

Great Stay if doing Disney

Overall a good stay and great proximity to Disney Parks! We wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with plates and utensils for when we ate in the unit, but overall perfect for what we needed it for as we were mainly hitting the parks.

Ideal Florida hol stay

The whole family loved the property. Good communication, lovely house, area and most of the time had the pool to ourselves. Thank you for making our dream family holiday a special one. Villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy, easy to contact host and easy check in and out. Would def recommend to all!

Perfect spot

This property was perfect for us! My daughter and two of her friends and I stayed for 8 days and the place was exactly as advertised! I loved how easy it was to get to all the parks and the heated pool was wonderful! We had everything we needed during our stay! We we definitely be back!

Great location and perfect size for our family

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably. House was clean and comfy. My only advice is to replace the fixtures in the showers and the shower curtain liner. Otherwise we would stay again.

Wonderful!

The house was just as listed. It was exceptionally clean, the beds were so comfortable and relaxing after spending full days at the parks which were an easy drive from this convenient location. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool on site but they did look inviting. Would love to stay again in the future.

Convenient, quiet location

We recently stayed 1 month in this delightful, well equipped townhome. It’s just as pictured, convenient to the parks, airport and lots of other sights. We rarely encountered traffic and being able to avoid I-4 was a bonus! Vandy was very responsive to all communications. We had a major appliance failure while we were there and she arranged a replacement within a few days. The house was very clean on arrival and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend a stay.

Vandy and her husband hands down were absolutely the best people we ever dealt with while using VRBO. We are renting again next winter with Vandy in part to their excellent communication wanting to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The unit was newly renovated tastefully and spacious. An awesome property with everything we needed

The property is located near major establishments (mall, restaurants, groceries) and of course, Disney but at the same time in a quiet and gated community which we liked. The apartment itself is clean and cozy. It provided everything we needed. We were local Floridian couple who met family friends (from Boston) in Orlando and hosted dinner for them. Plenty of room for them to use but decided to go home to their own vacation rental which wasn't far from this property. This place is awesome for entertaining. The community pool is clean, too. The host was very accommodating to our requests and pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely consider renting this property again should we need to be in Orlando in the future. =)

Birthday Trip

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. I feel like we were targeted as soon as we pulled into the property. A car rolled up as we were unloading the cars. Telling us not to block the sidewalk. We said ok. Soon as we left they towed my daughter car. $250 dollars later of spending money we didn’t have included in our vacation money. I feel as a property manager they should have stressed that if it was being enforced to that extent. All weekend we seen other cars blocking the sidewalk and their cars was not towed. So I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Girl’s Trip

The place was nice, but cleaning crew could have done a better job. The bath mat in one bathroom was dirty on one side and I found hair in the sink of that same bathroom. We didn’t have enough towels, but the day we were checking out, we decided to was a load of clothes and found towels in the washing machine. There was a used bath towel in the closet in the first floor bedroom which is next to the bathroom with all the issues. Other than the cleanliness, the place was nice. Oh, make sure NOT to park on the sidewalk even for a few minutes to unload. My car got towed within 10 minutes of arrival. I backed in to make it easier to get item from trunk, but I had to cover part of sidewalk because driveway is short, pulled in at 2:15 car towed at 2:25.

Adequate but not great; there are better choices in the area

Property was clean and in a safe location close to Disney, but if you’re looking for hospitality and something more luxurious, this isn’t your place. We didn’t receive communication on how to access the property until after I sent two messages to the property owner. Communication was received well after check in time. Our flight was an 8pm flight and I didn’t get the instructions until after we landed at 10pm. We woke up the next morning to find that our car wasn’t there. Turns out, it was towed overnight for blocking the side walk. This wasn’t made very clear to us other than a line in the email and a couple of obscure signage’s. As a host, you’re very well aware that this management company is very strict and that should have more attention called to it in your emails and signs inside the home. We aren’t the first ones to have this happen and we won’t be the last. Driveways are short and we rented a tahoe. We had to park extremely close to the structure (quite literally inches from the windows) in order to fit. The tow truck cruises the neighborhood looking for this!!! This is common, don’t ignore the warnings, you will get towed. We didn’t have enough towels for people. The towels were tiny and the blankets were thin with no extras. Not enough seating down stairs for our group to be together. There were several maintenance type issues needed resolved. Overall, it was adequate, clean and hot showers, but lacked enough supplies for our group. I can’t recommend.
