You will love life on the inner coastal sound with 250 ft dock. Enjoy fishing and having a drink by the infinite pool. The lush grass in the backyard works great for recreation. Our neighborhood is very quiet early to bed and early to rise. Bring your boat or watercraft if you like or charter a trip from me leaving from your house.

Pleasantly peaceful

It was a much needed and relaxing trip. Getting to listen and watch the waves without the distractions of tons of other people, is an amazing feeling. The house is well maintained. Hal was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. All in all, I would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!!

New found favorite spot

I have never enjoyed my stay somewhere as much as i did here. The view was breathtaking...the pool was great...and Hal was the best host ive ever encountered. We will continue to come here as long as hal allows...the floors being tile was nice i wasnt worried about ruining carpet. Everything was clean and convenient. The bed was SO comfortable and my children were nicely accommodated as well. If ever a positive vrbo experience this was it, this house was also in between destin and Pensacola so it was just right. Stores nearby.

Very Horrible Experience!!

The property had ROACHES and when I told the owner he stated it was common in that area and he could spray. However, I was there with my two young kids and didn’t want them to inhale the spray he said he would use that he mixed with termite killer. The house also had a strong ODOR that was in all the sheets and linens that were very old and very used. We were only able to watch Netflix on the TV in the living room there was no kind of cable/satellite service so the 2 small TVs in the bedrooms did not work. NO THERMOSTAT in the house the AC was controlled by the owner who lives upstairs. So I was not able to control the temperature in the down stairs unit. My son had to bring a mattress from the room with the bunk beds into the living room to sleep at night. There was no ceiling fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds and the old rusted, metal floor fan that was in the closet, the knob was broke off of it and we could not adjust the speed of the fan and it was very loud, so we were not able to use it. Owner lives upstairs and has dog that he lets out through out the day. The dog came into the house multiple times and stayed around the pool most of the day when the owner was gone. Overall was very disgusted and dissatisfied of my stay had I known about the things I have just listed I would have never booked this property.
