Welcome to our wonderfully renovated home, The Breezy Sandbox, 3 bed / 2 bath home in a peaceful friendly neighborhood in Gulf Breeze with some quiet outdoor dining for your family and friends. Enjoy a beautiful sunset at our beach-sand filled fire pit or on the water 4min away.
 
Our home is less than 5 min from the amazing food truck park “The Eatery at Gulf breeze” (we love Azteca tacos), 2-6 minutes away from other dining, grocery stores (Publix & Walmart), and shopping. Only a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach and 15 minute drive to Navarre Beach! 4min drive to a smaller private beach nearby to enjoy some kayaking in the sound (will disclose location in email).
 
The home is capable of supporting a 30ft RV or also Tesla charging (30 amp max)

This home has been newly renovated, we absolutely love all the color we’ve been able to add to our home.

The home is furnished with 2 large bunk beds, 1 KING bed in the master suite, a bean bag that transforms into a full-size mattress, and a travel crib with an organic cotton mattress for a little one - enough to easily accommodate up to 8 adults and 5 kids!
 
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
 
Have a BBQ in the large backyard while your kids play in the sand, then Relax in the evening watching movies on the 65 inch smart TV with surround sound and backlighting that amplify your cinematic experience.

Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home.

We enjoyed our stay with comfortable beds and cozy living area. Overall a wonderful vacation with a convenient location to rest our heads & fuel our bellies. Quiet neighborhood, so quiet, the bears were comfortable to wander the street. Don't advise leaving any food things in your vehicle.Seemed that the house was cleaned or checked-out in a rush (dishes were dirty in the washer, floors not swept). Pool was available, but we didn't have instructions on how to operate the filter, so we filled it, but didn't use it. Grille was out of propane so we weren't able to use it & made do with the oven.Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper & paper towels, we came in to minimal for our 5 night stay.

It was an amazing property for families and friends

We stayed here for two nights with family and friends. We had lot of amenities helped to engage the kids and family. Home was very neat, pretty and clean. We loved it and enjoyed the stay. Location also lovely. Amazing stay and host is very responsive.

Excellent Find!

This is a cute little getaway that was perfect for my daughter to host her sleepover birthday party at!! The property was clean, very accurate to the description and the hosts are super sweet and helpful!! They went above and beyond the normal expectations of a rental host- I had left a small backpack at the house and communicated with them about forgetting it there and planning to pick it up. After a lot of message-tag, they ended up bringing it to me at my work!! That was so sweet of them and definitely not expected!! I highly recommend staying here, even if just to get away from the normal hustle and hustle of your home. It was such a nice retreat for us!!!

Love this place. This is near the beach with plenty of food to try. We met the owner and he was very nice and respectful. He even allowed us to check in early. He gave us plenty of recommendations and kept in touch. The place was clean and updated. Definitely coming back.

Very Clean

Jermaine was great about getting back with us quickly. Pros: Very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Loved the covered outdoor area. Cons: The kitchen could use a few more items. No hand mixer. Silverware for only 4 people. There were only 2 washclothes. Dollar General is right around the corner. We went around there and bought some "poofs." Overall a great place! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home poor management

The home itself is nice however there were a few things lacking. The grass was not cut in the front or backyard so we didn’t really get to utilize the yard as planned. The spa pools o ring was broken (my fiancé fixed it) and the filter did not work. Once we cleaned and filled the pool it still looked gross so we didn’t let the kids use it and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this location. The floors of the house felt gritty but they have a sign asking to not wear shoes inside so as soon as we got there I had to sweep. The coffee bar only had coffee and expired clumpy creamer and no sugar. There was less than half a bottle of dish soap, no paper towels and no dishwashing liquid so we had to buy some and only about half of the outside lights worked also there were not enough towels(family of 7) We didn’t get to use the fire pit or sandpit bc the grass was so high. The house itself is nice but it was not prepared properly for guests.

Beautiful & cozy home!

We needed a place to stay last minute and found this as we were searching. We weren't sure what to expect since it was newly listed and there were no reviews but it turned out perfect! The owners were able to kindly accommodate our last minute, same day booking. As soon as we stepped in, we were immediately pleased with the cleanliness and lovely decor. What made it even better was that the place was well equipped w/ the daily essentials that we needed. From laundry detergent, to an air fryer (let me add that they even provided liners for it), to a nice selection of keurig k-cups w/ creamer & sugar. They even had a case of water! Which you never see! The communication was quick and recommendations for nearby beaches etc were given w/o even having to ask! From our youngest to our oldest, everyone agree that this place deserves a 5/5! We will definitely book again!

We got the impression that no one had stayed at this home in quite a while. While there were plenty of positives, the negatives will prevent me from booking here again.Pros: The location is perfect. It's located on a residential street away from the main highway so its peaceful and quiet at night. The home itself is spacious and boasts a private backyard if you can endure the mosquitos. The furniture is adequate and there were plenty of towels provided for our stay. The owner was responsive when we needed assistance.Cons: As I mentioned, it appeared as if either no one had stayed at the home in a while OR the cleaning service did a poor job. Trash was found on top of a bunk bed and between the living room sofas. There was a lizard in the home that had made its way into the bed my daughter was sleeping in. There were also spider webs and small spiders in the corner of one of the rooms. There was no dish soap so we had to purchase our own. Not a huge deal but seems like a fairly basic thing to provide. The word "pool" should be removed from the listing. While we knew it was going to be a small tub like pool, we didn't expect it to be absolutely filthy and full of bugs. The kids joked that if we got in we would probably get a brain-eating amoeba. The backyard was in disarray. The table and chairs were out of place. The front door battery died so we had to contact the host. There was only (1) tv in the home and it was a Vizio which has limited access to streaming.

Weekend Getaway

We rented this property so me & my son’s girlfriend can spend the weekend with him for his birthday because he’s stationed at Hurlburt Field. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood & it was really cozy. We loved the quietness at night because during the day we were out and about doing things. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful!

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there. The house was cozy and had a homey feeling. My four kids, husband and I enjoyed every moment of it. The beds was comfortable. Out back is outstanding. We had dinner one night outside. The kids really enjoyed it. My twins and my youngest daughter loved the sand area. They also let us check in early and gave us directions to all the beaches that was located in the area. My son really enjoyed all the beaches and so did my daughters. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to prepare your meals. Over all prolly one of the best houses we have stayed at during any of our vacations. They have done a fabulous job with their home.

Lovely Home!!

Awesome rental! Clean, comfy beds, and lots of extras. The owner is so nice and helpful! He was very quick with responses to any questions we had. This rental is definitely our #1 for future vacations.

Great for group vacations!

My friends and I booked this house for a weekend trip to the beach and it was perfect! Plenty of beds for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with appliances which was amazing! The owners are very quick to reply and eager to help!😊

Enough room for 2 Big Families

We traveled from Louisiana to visit family from East Central Florida as they meet us there near Pensacola. The home had enough room for all 13 of us!! The kitchen had all the appliances we needed to prepare our meals and what we need to clean the dishes as well as wash our clothes. The travel and options of nearby beaches was incredible. We plan to visit again, possibly making this an annual tradition (;

This was a wonderful experience!

Entry and check in was super easy and the owners were very helpful and communicated well. The property was beautiful and the backyard and porch was a great place to hangout with friends and family. We had game nights back there and really enjoyed it. This was just a wonderful experience overall and would gladly do it again. Price was incredible.

Beach Getaway

The house was very nice and clean. It was easy to locate using gps. The property owner was quick to respond to messages. The air conditioning had stopped working properly, I sent a message and he had someone to come check it asap. Owner gave suggestions on where to access the beach and other things to experience in the area. Owner even let us check in early on our day of arrival. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing house and trip to the beach!!!!

This house was amazing newly renovated and decorated so cute. We loved how clean the place was and all the extra amenities like laundry soap, shampoo, coffee, full kitchen etc. The backyard was beautiful with a fireplace sandpit and grill awesome for getting together with loved ones. Lastly the host was amazing he helped us with recommendations for beaches, restuarants and anything else we needed. Absolutely one of the best hosts and places to stay I've ever been on. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!!!!!
