Soak up the sun and surf at the beautiful Gulf Coast! Grimm's Landing Beach Retreat is located just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of Navarre Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is a quiet escape and features a community pool and bayside beach for your enjoyment. The bayside beach is just a street away and has a firepit for those relaxing evenings. The property has two spacious bedrooms with in suite full baths, full kitchen, living room, dining area, half bath, and indoor washer and dryer in home. Living room and both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, central AC system, tile floors in wet area and half bath downstairs. The living room features a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the master has a crib. This retreat is sure to be the perfect place for your next beach vacation!

Comfortable stay

The house was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. I loved being able to park in a closed garage. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and quiet

Enjoyed staying very much. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Place was clean and neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place. We will be hoping to be able to rent again in the future.

Educator Spring Break

My friends and I had a nice time visiting Navarre Beach for the first time. The property was spacious and we really liked that there were 3 bathrooms. The pool was very small and tricky to get to. The beach area was quaint. We enjoyed being fairly close to shops, the beach, and many great restaurants. We especially loved Andy D’s!

Great communication, great property!

This property is in an ideal location and is perfect for a medium sized group. It was as advertised and very clean. Communication with the property manager was prompt and very responsive to my needs. I have family and friends in the area and have found where I will stay when I visit here in the future.

Needed Improvements

Location and the neighborhood was good. The only negative things I have is the bed was very uncomfortable and couldn't use the garage due to storing old furniture.

Wonderful

This was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely rent again! The only recommendation I have is considering it’s family friendly I would recommend child proofing the kitchen and possibly supplying one or two baby gates for the stairs! No actual complaints just suggestions 😁

Cozy little home

Check in was smooth overall but would sometimes have some minor issues with the touch pad at the front door. Property was clean and well kept even smelled nice walking in. The oven needed cleaning and wish it was closer to the beach. We would stay again if ever in the area though.

First Trip To Navarre

Great accommodations, very clean. We had all the info needed for check in, but I feel like I always had to ask for it first, hence the 4 star rating for communication. It would have been nice for it to have been provided automatically. Overall, we were still very impressed with the accommodations. Fit our needs for a family of four perfectly.

Very clean, nice home away from home

The residence was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was super nice and the location was great- not too far from the beach and other activities. We did have a neighbor complain with our little one being loud in the house. Our youngest is five and we felt we had to dampen his vacation spirit a bit due to close proximity of neighboring homes. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend for smaller children with energy, but overall it was a nice home away from home.

Nice place to stay

The property was a nice place to stay. Good location to explore surrounding areas. It was clean and the neighborhood very quiet. The accommodations in the kitchen were a little disappointing. Not enough trash bags and no coffee maker. There was a Kurig only. Not many pots and pans to cook with . On checkout we were going to start a load but there was no laundry detergent. Other than that I’d recommend the property. Good price value

Terrible Place

Had a roach in the bathtub upon arrival. Light bulbs were out in two different light fixtures. Stuff was hanging off the wall in the living room. Both beds were hard as a rock and ended up having to go buy an air mattress so we could actually get comfortable. Couches were hard too. Pool was not what was pictured and the bay was way behind the apartment and you couldn't access any of the docks to go fishing because they were locked. No parking but for one vehicle (they have a garage but it's small and if you have a big SUV or Truck you might as well as hang it up you won't fit). I don't recommend this place at all to anyone. It was terrible!!!

First family vacation!

This was our first ever family vacation. This was also our very first experience with renting a house which VRBO made it extremely easy. Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. It was easy to find with the help of GPS. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. The house was very clean and stocked appropriately in my opinion. It had everything we needed to accommodate our week stay. I would have to say the only thing I miss interpreted from the post, was the water view. I saw it in the pictures and assumed it was linked to the house, such as being in the back of the house. There was some disappointment from that but everything else made up for it. The beach is about 15 minutes away, we didn’t mind the daily drive. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and not overwhelming with people. Our first vacation was an amazing experience that we will always cherish. We will absolutely be coming back again. We would also rent this property again and definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Quiet location

I chose this rental because it is close to where our daughter and son in law live. It is a quiet neighborhood and we never heard neighbor noise. It’s obviously a newer rental as the kitchen isn’t well stocked. If you won’t cook much, this won’t bother you. There were plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses, but there drinking glasses, no pitcher, no big bowl (like for salad or serving). There were four plastic plates, but no plastic cups or smaller utensils for kids. That only matters if your party has littles. There are no games, puzzles, cards, etc. I feel like for the price, (we were peak season) I was a little disappointed. The pool is a little tricky to find. The beach area wasn’t as nice as I’d thought from the pic. It was ok, but lots of trash in the water.(not the fault of this owner) I wouldn’t swim there or let my granddaughter play in that water. It does have a nice fire pit. While there we changed two light bulbs and my husband fixed the garage opener which was off track and the 2nd bathroom toilet which wasn’t flushing. Not a big deal, he’s handy, but for this money and a housekeeping fee, I think that shouldn’t have happened. The agent called us with a concern on our first day there, which still bugs me. The owners use the ring to watch check in. I get that. It’s your property and you want to protect it. Not everyone is honest and I get that, too. I just found that creepy. It was clean and close to our daughter which were key for us.

Perfect for family beach vacation!

Our stay was great! The property was exactly as described - clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and was close to the beach and other family-friendly activities that kept us busy (but not too busy) during our vacation. Communication with Tiffany (the property manager) was excellent and she was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The only downside to the property was the vast amount of construction taking place directly behind the property and throughout the neighborhood. It was not an inconvenience per se, however typical construction noises could be heard as early as 6:30/7:00am during the week. This did dampen the relaxation a bit for us "light sleepers" but is a fact of life and can be found in many neighborhoods throughout the country so it is what it is. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to staying again in the future. :)

Great Vacation House

Excellent location and great property. My boys loved the chairs and fire pit at the community dockside area. It was a short drive to the beach which was beautiful and had great snorkeling
