Windsor at Westside: Private gated community. We have 2 parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking on the street (first come, first served). The maximum number of vehicles is 5 per house. No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Violators may be towed at owners expense.

You'll want to rent a car to get around. There is no shuttle to the parks from the resort.

RULES:

1. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved by owner prior to booking. If an animal is found to have stayed without permission, or if your animal causes damage, you will be responsible for our pet fee and any additional damages. All pets must be 100% potty trained and all solid waste must be bagged and disposed of throughout the community and yard. Pets are not to be left in the house unattended unless crated. Pet fee is $50 per pet per night.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the homes or garages.
3. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.
4. ALL trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags and placed in trash receptacle for pick up.
5. Checkout is 10 am unless otherwise agreed to by owner in writing. Guest may be charged $100/half hour per villa for late checkout as our cleaners will be on time to have the homes prepared for the next guests.

This property requires a valid ID, signed rental agreement and a credit card on file prior to check-in. There will be a $1000 credit card hold placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and it will be released 3 days following your departure assuming there is no damage or additional cleaning required due to your stay.

There are security cameras outdoors at the front door, driveway and side of the house recording audio and video. There is also a noise monitor inside that measures decibel levels. Tampering with or disabling the internet or security equipment will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given.
