Thematic two villas in Veranda Palms Resort in the heart of Kissimmee, this community we have up to 15 adjoining villas each accommodating up to 30 people including private pool, BBQ, games and community club. It only takes 15 minutes from the villa to Disneyland, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and outlets nearby. If you are a large family or team of more than 40 people, we will be your best choice.

We had a great experience staying at these villas! My granddaughter was getting married at Pioneer Village and we combined her celebration with a Super Bowl party. Had friends and family attend from all around the country and overseas, and we all had a wonderful time. The villas were spacious enough for everyone and the host was very responsive to our needs. I would say that the pool tables need to be replaced as the bumpers are broken and couldn’t be used at all, but the swimming pool was wonderful! There also could be more bath towels provided.

Will stay again

Plenty of room and space for large groups. Washer and dryer on both floors makes laundry easy. Pool and patio were clean and well maintained. Great location to access Disney and Universal. Our group really enjoyed our trip. Be careful of anyone staying in the road for too long. Tow trucks are waiting to find anyone in violation.

Great time

We had an amazing time, it was pretty amazing to reunite with all of our family. God had his way. Family was baptized in the name of Jesus. We spent a lot of time together as the houses provided a great amount of space for us to dwell in.

Me and my family stayed at the property loved the having the two houses next to each other great size and the lay out is perfect. The down side one of the cars in got broken into the next day the cops informed us the house next door was broken into it’s strange that all the rental properties are getting break ins definitely needs to be investigated.Also the idea that grill rental is not included in the house rental fee was a tad insane to me(may not bother everyone but 150 a day for the grill no no no) overall the space was great would definitely consider the drive up to Orlando to do it again

I have stayed in your property two years ago and this experience was totally different. The parking was terrible. Several bedrooms bed linen was dirty the first day. Ants infested both houses. We called about it and they came and sprayed the outside. The microwave didn’t work properly. A bedroom in each house was not ventilated well and box fans had to be used. The shower was slippery without a mat and caused one guest to fall. I wasn’t aware there was a fee to have a HOT jacuzzi. All the walk in showers had mildew and mold on them. The baseboards were filthy. The house was adequate for the number of people on a positive note. Because of parking we parked in front of the house to empty the car and it was towed. The overlay parking was full each night and we had to park at the local Target. The tow truck is lurking at all times. We should have been able to empty the car with no problem, but no we had a 125 dollar towing fee.We went to Walmart on the 27th early only to return and not be able to get in the gate. Please considering giving your guest tickets or cards to enter and leave and not depend on a gate attendant. I e-mail you all with no answer. We ended up going in the other side behind a homeowner.

HUGE PARKING ISSUE

We rented for our soccer team. We had a total of 38 people and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable between the two houses. The home was clean and well appointed. We had some minor hiccups that were addressed promptly. However we were told on multiple occasions by the house manager and gate security that theft is a major issue this had us extremely concerned. Anyone renting this home should also be very aware that the driveway only holds 5 cars per home. We had more than this! It was not conveyed at all in the description. VRBO did agree it was not conveyed however offer no solution. We were woken up multiple times with threats to tow the vehicles that were parked on the street. The over flow lots were always full and the only alternative option that was offered was a lot outside the gated community almost 2 miles away and a 35 minute walk through an unlit area we had been told was unsafe due to multiple thefts in the area.The security guard was of no help as he informed us that the neighborhood HOA did not like renters and was trying to get rid of that aspect of the neighborhood. The overflow lot safety and distance outside the gated community was NEVER conveyed to us prior to check in. My only other issue is that we agreed to have the pool heated 4 days out of the 5 we were there and we were told it would take 4 hours to heat. It took almost 13. The hot tub and pool both HAVE to be heated to the same temp. The HOT tub is not heated at all u

The community is within a 10-minute drive from Walmart and Sam's Club, and about a 15-minute drive from Disney World.
