Two bedroom Villa 7 at the Pinacate Resort in Rocky Point, Mexico

His popular Resort brings you the ocean and beach that Rocky Point is famous for.

Your two bedroom unit accepts five adults. There is a main bedroom with a King bed, and its own bathroom. The Guest bedroom has a Queen as well as a Double bed. Both rooms have dressers, along with TVs.

The living room has a nice seating area, and a dining table for four, The kitchen has all appliances big and small, and a charming arched countertop is set with bar stools.

The patio is there for great sunset viewing, with its dining table.

Enjoy the pools at the Resort, along with direct access to the ocean. Located at the top of 13th Street, you are in the middle of the towns fun restaurant and bar area.

Beautiful View!

The condo is spacious and has a beautiful view! The staff is professional and friendly. Only constructive criticism is, full amenities like shampoo and conditioner would've been nice.

I was not informed that I had to stop at a vacation rental agency to pick up keys for unit. I was not made aware that there’s a limit to hot water available at a time. I was left in the middle of taking a shower a few minutes without water until the water returned.

Everything was absolutely wonderful at our villa 7. We had an issue with our toilets in the two bathrooms kept leaking from the hose in the back, water in the main shower never got hot but was doable to shower in and washer wouldn't throw water when washing but I made it work with the sink that was beside it. We will definitely be looking to stay at the Pinacate from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

1st Timers in Puerto Penasco

Unit was ok, beds are old, the floors were dirty when we arrived, could not walk without shoes. Disappointed we couldn't use the pool we looked down on. The sunset view is nice from this unit, but not enough to stay here again.

We enjoy are time there, but we didn’t love the beds !!! Specially the king size bed,the mattress it’s super old it has a hole in the middle of the mattress it’s really uncomfortable to rest , everything else it’s was good , the floor it can be better clean , the security it’s super good al day all night.

Running Water Optional

Can’t count on having water when you need it. As in, water stopped flowing in the middle of my shower. My son was using the other bathroom and he decided to finish his shower using the public shower by the pool next to the beach. Can’t count on water to flush toilets, wash hands, run dishwasher or washing machine when you need it. This isn’t a ‘Mexico’ problem either. We had family staying in other condos the same weekend and they did not experience these issues at all. We noticed the issue at night when we were trying to get ready to go out for dinner and reported it right away, the staff said they would have someone out to fix it the next morning. We continued having this issue until we checked out. They said it was the water pump but didn’t fix it during our stay.

The place is beautiful however access to beach is not easy …. Water pressure sucked had no hot water…. Washer needs to be updated or fixed… the place could be cleaned little better …. Mattress needs to be replaced

Family Vacation

Check in could be more detailed, it would have went a little smoother if we knew the office for check-in wasn’t at the same address of villas! Customer service was amazing & helpful. Beautiful view at this Villa! We traveled with toddlers and they felt so comfortable and enjoyed the set up! I do agree with other’s reviews on the security being to aggressive, it felt like we were constantly being watched but would rather have that then no security. Did not see any bugs as others have said, but I do recommend them putting new beds and patio furniture but nothing was a big flaw for us! Our daughter also left her phone and the house keeping & Casago we’re so nice to send it back to us! We definitely recommend & will be returning!

No internet

From the time I arrived to the room till the day i checked out there was no internet,notified front desk but never got the issue resolved,the shower water pressure was really bad and last they my need new beds.

Love Rocky Point

I have stayed at Marina Pinacate many times. The location and condos are amazing. This particular condo has low pressure in both showers. The master bathroom toilet when you flush a noise and water run for like 2-3 minutes. There seemed to be a leak in the laundry room and we couldn't figure out if it was the A/C or washer. We usually just sleep and shower because we are in the beach all day so we don't spend much time in the condo. The screen doors from both patio doors don't slide so the window is open without the screen protection. Other than those issues everything is wonderful and amazing!!
