Este hermoso condominio frente al mar en el primer piso de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, condominio de 1384 pies cuadrados ubicado en el Palacio del Mar, tiene vistas espectaculares y mejoras en abundancia. Simplemente camine 80 pies y estará en la orilla del Mar de Cortés. Rocky Point se encuentra sólo 65 millas al sur de Arizona. Es una ciudad turística muy tranquila, con restaurantes, tiendas y un mercado de pescado fresco. Hermoso techo abovedado de ladrillo, encimeras de mármol, ventiladores de techo, hermosos azulejos mexicanos, muebles de muy buen gusto y patio cubierto. El dormitorio principal tiene puertas francesas que se abren a la gran sala con una impresionante vista del océano. Los gabinetes personalizados y las encimeras de granito complementan la elegante decoración. Muy cómoda cama king size y cama queen size con colchones pillow-top! Además, de tamaño queen sofá-cama sofá.
Piscina y el jacuzzi no pueden calentarse en invierno.

The view is amazing! Perfect rocky beach for the cold days. The property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway that is close to town, but quiet and beach views. The staff on the property was so nice. We will be back again. Thank you!

We stayed here over Halloween weekend. Brenda's place was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy and our host was responsive.You are close to everything here.The view is outstanding! There is a large palapa below the pool with nice stools to enjoy the view. Understand, there is no direct beach access, which we were aware of when we booked, but you are absolutely beach front. We were able to walk our dogs over to the beach area by Manny's across the the lot next to us. There is a beautiful negative edge pool (unheated)steps from your patio and a large hot tub. I have to say, the hot tub only has 4 working jets(maybe 8' diameter) and really didn't get hot. This & lack of beach access were the only things that made it 4 star.The security staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Bart!Don't hesitate to book here. We will stay again.

This place was super clean and beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Brenda was also a great host and very responsive if you have questions or anything comes up. This property was in an awesome location near lots of things to do and had great vendors that come by delivering margaritas and other services. Sitting in the pool watching all the amazing wild life in and by the ocean was our favorite part. Lots of dolphins, seagulls, pelicans and we even saw a couple falcons and watched them hunt! Thank you for letting us stay at your property! 5

Condo is great! . As advertised. The Direct Tv with all American tv channels/cable tv was fantastic. DVD players in the bedrooms worked perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable. Tons of electrical outlets everywhere. In my experience most condos have very few and I have to run extension cords in every room. Not with this condo. Plenty of them in every room. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs which is why we chose this condo . The kitchen has all the pots,pans, and utensils. There are no spices tin foil, or containers for leftovers so be sure to bring your own. The condo sits within 20 feet of the pool and hot tub which is great however be aware that all the other guests with all their families that are using the pool are standing in your patio space and gathering at your door step. It's very loud. This is to be expected with a ground floor condo at the pool. The curtains that cover the windows/door to the pool are very thin so there is no privacy. Everybody at the pool can see indide the condo. There is very limited parking. We were there October 4th-7th and we had no issues at all with parking. I suspect in the summer months when it is much busier the parking could be a challenge and I don't know what the alternative would be if there is nowhere to park. The Pros definitely outweighed the Cons. I found this condo to be much more modern than most of the condos in this area. I recommend it.

Several pros, with a few cons, for this property... Location is pretty awesome, being right by the pool, hot tub, and beach. But the beach wasn't really swim-able, so you have to walk about 5 mins to a better spot (in front of Manny's). The unit itself is quite nice, with plenty of space (we had two teens in one room, two adults in the primary room, and a child on the pullout couch). Well furnished, interior designed (really cool brick living room ceiling). But there were notable flaws, such as TVs setup without outlets/power nearby, as if they were just props (in both bedrooms). And both showers were very clogged, quickly filling with water during use.Lastly, it was nice to have Manny's nearby for their beach, food, and drink. But the neighborhood itself is pretty depressed these days, with very few options walkable beyond Manny's.

This is our go to place. It is centrally located to every place we like to visit for dining. So relaxing… right by the beach. We took advantage of getting massages while we were there. I love listening to the pelicans and watching them dive for their dinner.

Amazing view

Everything about the place was amazing, best of all the view, the pool that was just a few steps away after opening the patio door was a plus, overlooking the ocean. Location is quite and everything is close by, Mannys beach club is right next door in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here, overall our vacation was fantastic and would definitely stay here again

Everything about our stay was amazing, the property was beautiful, we had an abundance of towels to be able to dip in and out of the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great vacation!

Property was exactly as described with easy access and check-in. Pictures do not do justice to the beautiful view right outdide the sliding doors. Place was immaculate, directions perfect. All in all a wonderful stay!

Everything was great. Great place for a pet to be with you. Found lots of shells people are friendly. Thou there were not to many this time of year. Everything was very nice a week is not enough time. That is all we stayed. One thing I would say is that the hot tub was cold and so is the pool. They only run the hot tub on the weekends. But I would go back.

Perfect Stay for NWB Trip – Convenient, Peaceful, and Pet-Friendly!

My classmate and I are medical students who recently traveled to Mexico for a Naturopaths Without Borders (NWB) clinic, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location was ideal—only 12 minutes from the clinic—which made our busy days much easier.The property was well-equipped for our needs. We brought our own food and water, but the owner provided plenty of clean water, which was a thoughtful touch. The full kitchen, complete with a freezer and refrigerator, allowed us to cook and store food, making it convenient to prepare meals for our long days.The condo itself was cozy and comfortable. The bed was especially great—I slept like a baby every night! The property is located in a quiet, gated community right on the ocean, offering a peaceful and secure atmosphere. The hot tub and pool, just steps from the back sliding door, were wonderful bonuses, and the sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking.As a bonus, we were able to bring our small dogs, who loved having a spot to potty right outside the back door. The entire stay was hassle-free, and we felt safe and undisturbed throughout.I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a relaxing and convenient stay. I hope it’s available for our next NWB trip—I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Thanksgiving getaway

Really lovely condo with a great layout and spectacular view of the ocean. Palapa, pool and hot tub just outside the door. We met numerous nice neighbors, enjoyed the close (but not too close) proximity to Manny's beach club and restaurant. Wonderful place to bring kids..tide pools to explore and lots a pelicans to watch but great for all ages. Would definitely go back!

I grew up in Indiana and have been in Arizona for 25 years. I have a son, daughter-in-law and grandbaby who live near me. I also have 4 dogs...Rocky, Roxy, Molly and Manny.

I started going to Rocky Point in early 1993 and immediately fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the sea. I love the culture and the small town atmosphere. I bought the condo in December 2008 and spend as much time in Rocky Point, as possible. I drive there by myself all of the time and feel completely safe.

Breathtaking view from the condo! Very relaxing, peaceful property with not many tourists during non-peak times, yet close to everything! Furnished very nicely!
