Step out onto the balcony for an ocean breeze, or wander onto the sand via the easy beach access stairs. Come back to a full kitchen for a night in, or explore what Lincoln City has to offer. We also give guests access to the HOA's pool, spa, and commercial Wi-Fi for some extra fun!

The Space:
Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautiful 1 bedroom suite! 209 at D Sands comfortably offers up to 6 people a beach getaway, with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. Step out onto the balcony for an ocean breeze, or wander onto the sand via the easy beach access stairs. Come back to a full kitchen for a night in, or explore what Lincoln City has to offer. We also give guests access to the HOA's pool, spa, and commercial Wi-Fi for some extra fun!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Wonderful

Apartment nicely remodeled. Had everything we needed for our stay. We like to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. The ocean front view was the highlight of our stay! Overall satisfied!

Great spot!

We loved our stay! The apartment was really cozy and home-like. The kitchen was clean and easy to cook in, the beds (even the Murphy bed!) were comfy, and the view was amazing. The wifi worked great, and having Roku to sign into was an added bonus. We had a five year old with us that went in the pool three times a day, and was super excited to be able to walk about of the apartment and be right on the beach. All in all, a fantastic vacation. We'll be back for sure!

Clean and great place! Very nice that it’s right on the beach. Although the Hot tub was closed and that would’ve been nice to know. And we had some trouble with the code but they were very helpful! :)

Spring break Vacay

Overall the place is a nice getaway. The only down fall was parking is limited and will need to park on the street if you come back late. The pool was shut down day 2 of our stay and never got fix. The reason we book this place was the pool and hot tub. Wish there was a way to get things fix faster.

George, thank you for the kind and candid review of your recent stay in #209 Beach Daze. We hope you loved the condo's ocean view and that the check-in process was easy and convenient. We're also sincerely grateful for the 5-star rating despite the frustrations with the pool and parking. Please be assured that both of those issues were the result of temporary circumstances. The HOA was re-siding portions of the property during your stay, which took some much needed parking spaces out of commission. Our parking is never extensive, but it also usually isn't so limited. The pool closure was also frustrating for everyone, and we wish it was easier to get it cleaned and reopened more efficiently. Regrettably, the closure was likely the direct result of other guests and children going from the beach to the pool without showering properly and introducing sand and other contaminates. Once the pool is out of balance or contaminated, it is very difficult to correct quickly. Maintenance does everything they can to catch and address these situations as soon as possible, but it can be unpredictable and we won't ever risk guest safety for the sake of convenience. We sincerely hope that you were still able to have a relaxing and fun stay at our oceanfront condo despite that situation and that we'll get to see you in the future under better circumstances. And thank you once again for the kind feedback of your stay.

Unit is on the second floor, be prepared for stairs. Unit is as described and was pleasant and comfortable. Stairwells are dark.

What A View

Dsands was great to work with. The property was clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful and the views and location couldn’t be beat! My only complaint was there was no vacuum provided by the owners. We were there for a week, and with two young kids, vacuuming is necessary. Dsands was nice enough to lend me a vacuum from the office, though. Very happy with our stay.

Great Deal for a Great View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Things were neat and clean but we noticed the bathroom needs some detail cleaning. The one thing I’ll note is the kitchen has no seasonings ( except small salt/pepper) or basic pantry items. We’ve stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this is the first one that didn’t have some basics. For the price we paid over a holiday weekend, we got a great deal and would return!

Not the cleanest

Location and the views are wonderful. They really are in a prime spot right next to one of the best beaches for kids on the OR coast, BUT I wish it had been cleaned a bit better. My toddler brought me a Cheeto and a Golden Graham she had found from a previous guest and it just didn't feel very clean. The carpet could use a good cleaning. I did appreciate the convenience of the keyless entry, again, just wish it would have felt cleaner so I could have felt more comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

Didn't enjoy our stay, not a clean property

This is an old property and not at all maintained. For us, cleanliness and hygiene was the most important factor and it was such a shady place outside the apartment. We booked this condo for 3 nights but we stayed for 2 nights and returned as my family didn't enjoy the stay. It was not worth use of our money for sure.

The room was great and the weather was sunny. We love staying at D Sands because it is central to the places we like to visit. From Roberts Books,Chinook Winds and down to Gracie's in Depo Bay. There were some minor maintenance problems. Both living room lamps need repair and the drain plug in the bathroom tub needs attention.

We had a great time. However, the patio door lock was broken. Maintenance responded immediately to repair. There was only o e patio chair for a room that could hold up to six guests. The office was able to loan us a chair.
