THE SPACE

Enjoy the comfort of our newly renovated bungalow with an open floor plan consisting of a kitchen/dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

The property is on a corner lot off of W King St that is conveniently located 2 miles from downtown St. Augustine! An easy drive down King St brings you right into the heart of the Historic District where hundreds of trendy boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, and entertainment awaits!

The home has a private setting, fully fenced in yard, shade trees, and a long driveway with plenty of space for 2 cars. There is ample free street parking around the property as well.

Enjoy the cute front patio and sip on a cup of coffee in the comfortable Adirondack chairs while taking in the beautiful Florida sun!

GUEST ACCESS

A smart lock is installed on the front door to provide keyless entry for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Maximum permitted occupancy is 5. Guests must get approval from host to invite additional guests to the property beyond what is listed at time of booking, not to exceed 5.
- We allow up to 2 dogs at our property. Our pet fee is $30 per pet for the entire stay. Dogs can be left alone at the property inside a crate or kennel with prior approval from the host.
- This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. If you smoke on the property, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee and may incur further charges if there is any damage.
- Underage drinking is not allowed at the property.
- If Guest cancels the reservation, a 4% credit processing fee that the Host incurs will not be refunded to the Guest.
- Our home is in an up-and-coming neighborhood just 2 miles west of the Historic District that has a mix of renovated and older homes (some of which aren`t maintained as well as ours).
- Located across the street from 2 schools with playground access
- Located less than 1/4 mile from St. Johns County Fire-Rescue Station

House is super cute but that’s all the positives. Neighbors are loud, had music banging loudly in the early evening when we arrived. Ear plugs in a jar in the bathroom were a bad sign. Dogs in the neighborhood barked and there were loud bangs and sirens pretty consistently. Tried to contact the owner to see if the outside light could be kept on, only came on with motion, then went off. Then left a message that we were leaving about 11pm after we saw our dogs chasing a couple cockroaches. Didn’t have a response from the owner until an automated message about checking out. It is a holiday weekend so that could account for the lack of response. We don't expect a refund, we made the choice to leave when we could not relax and enjoy it; but did ask for a discount if possible. Hope to hear back soon.

Cute clean bungalow

We really liked Coffee and CREAMER that was supplied. Washer / dryer available. Fenced in yard! Hangers. Iron. Equipped kitchen. Beach towels and CHAIRS. Comfortable beds. Shower water not hot. Neighborhood was quiet when we were there. Would stay here again. Host quickly answered our questions. Thank you Sophia!

STAY AWAY !

I told the property manager that I would not review our stay BUT I WAS URGED by VRBO to share our stay with other renters . My review is 100% accurate and we have nothing but 5 star reviews with home owners . Nothing I am going to say is not 100% accurate . We arrived and the key code was never changed by Midtown Management , we stood outside until contacting Sophia and she admitted she "forgot" ! After driving 9 hours we were outside trying to get in to the home . The home is DIRTY ! The ceiling fans were covered in dust , the bathroom mat had black mold , there was a ring camera laying on the ground outside the back door and there was a cigarette but by the front door ! The garbage can by the street was full and obviously never was taken to the curb when it was suppose to be . The walls were full of marks from years of abuse that were never addressed . I contacted the property manager Sophia and she had at best a nonchalant attitude , not apologetic AT ALL ! I sent her 10 to 12 pictures of the dust , mold and unhealthy environment . The neighborhood is transitional but not the best . We had a package delivered for a previous owner and she knocked on our door in the evening , if my wife was alone SHE WOULD NOT answered the door and most likely called 911 . Again I know from my conversations with Sophia she will deny these claims BUT AGAIN I was urged by VRBO to share my experience with fellow renters ...STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY ! There has to be better options than this re

The house is cozy & cute, coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. The yard is fenced in, which is great if bringing your dogs. The noise was not as bad as others reviews suggested. We only noticed loud music on occasion when a car past by. Overall no serious complaints and would stay at Sophie's house again.

Vacation home, allowing dogs with fenced yard.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the home was very clean. Had everything that you needed. Fence was secure enough that we didn’t feel our babies would escape.

Cute, close home

Stayed here for a trip to St Augustine. It was close to where we wanted to be, although not right on the beach. I was looking for a place that allowed dogs and had a fenced yard, and this fit the bill. Thanks for the stay!

Comfortable and Adorable

Beds were very comfortable. Whole place was modern. One of the bedrooms was attached to the bathroom, nice when you get up at night. Short and easy drive to downtown where you want to be.

Close to everything

The location was very close to downtown and nights of lights. It was easy to get around. The neighborhood was a little loud but the actual rental was very nice. Easy to check in and check out. Having a washer and dryer made it so convenient and our dogs loved the fenced in yard.

Perfect accommodations

This is a very nice small home. It was perfect for my spouse and two nephews that we took on a 4th of July trip. Also, our two small fur babies enjoyed romping in the yard. It is really convenient to all the attractions. It is a bit noisy in the neighborhood. They do supply earplugs but it was not a showstopper. Would definitely stay again! Had everything we needed. Well kept.

Perfect getaway

We loved that the house was so clean and so close to everything. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave us very detailed information, so we never had to ask for anything. We would love to come back here for our next trip to Flordia again.

Cute Bungalow

This property was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4 and dogs. It was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was a great experience! Enjoyed our coffee from the keurig and such a bonus having a washer and dryer to use. The beach was a short drive away as well as highway 95. We would stay again!

Best find in St. Augustine

Perfect Getaway! We absolutely loved this little house in St. Augustine! It was incredibly comfortable and we felt right at home. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and convenience. The location was perfect. We were able to visit downtown Saint Augustine, go to the surrounding beaches, and enjoy some delicious seafood. We would highly recommend this little cottage, and we will definitely be back.

Cute bungalow

The bungalow is really cute and very clean. The location is a great central location. Easy to get to all of the local attractions. The perfect spot to come home to after a fun day out. The only complaint...and out of the owners control...is the noise. There is a railroad track that runs near the home and the train whistle blew often and ran during the night...a lot of neighborhood noise. We would probably bring a sound machine next time to help with it.

Bungalow in Saint Augustine

My friend and I had a very positive experience. The house was exceptionally clean which is very important to me. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Towels, beach towels, coffee, toiletries, etc.. It was perfect for my 2 small dogs as it was fenced in. Very close to downtown and shopping. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Saint Augustine.
