Top of the Mountain Escape

Get away from the hustle and bustle at the very top of Mt. Riante! This amazing home offers unprecedented views of Hot Springs and the surrounding areas. We have four king bedrooms, as well as four queen custom built bunkbeds. Our theater and arcade room has a foos ball table, four arcade games, reclining theater seating for 12, as well as a super comfy couch! We have cable TV, as well as streaming capabilities in each bedroom, and on a clear night, you can view the stars with our telescope. We would love to host you, and help you make picture perfect memories in our home!

Everything was wonderful! The house, the view, the hot tub! Our group had a good number of children and they all were thoroughly entertained by the amenities in the lower level. All of the adults were comfortable as far as sleeping arrangements. The host was very responsive to any questions I had as well. Highly recommend!

Our group had multiple families with children staying together. The basement was great for the kids. The barn door leading from the bedroom to shared bathroom on the 2nd floor didn't create much privacy since there was a crack even when closed. Views were GORGEOUS and location was secluded and peaceful.

Outstanding mountaintop views

A beautiful and comfortable place to visit with family and friends. The views are amazing. We even had a few visits from a couple of wild roadrunners, which I did not know had a range as far as east as Arkansas.The game room, bunk beds, and home theater in the basement were a big hit with the grandkids!!

Awesome stay!

We had a bachelor trip weekend for one of my close friends in this house and it was a fantastic experience! The views were beautiful and everything about the space was excellent. Kristi was super kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Mountain retreat

This place was fabulous for a large group. Plenty of space. Lots of deck area to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Game room is incredible for children and adults. You also feel like you are far away from town, but there is a grocery store less than 2 miles away. So the best of both worlds! Within 30 minutes or less from all major Hot Springs attractions.

Stuck on the hill with no water or power

I want to start off by saying the property and amenities for this listing are great and very well thought out. The surrounding views from the porch are great (though we had limited view due to bad weather) and the area is nice and quiet. Unfortunately, that is where the good portions of our stay came to an end. As mentioned before, there was bad weather during our stay (understadably out of anyone's control) and we experienced a power outage for around 18 hours (again understandably out of anyone's control). What is under the property owner's control is the response and action during this time, which was very disappointing. The house has a back up generator that kicks in when the power goes out. During our stay, the generator worked for a short period of time during two occasions. Without any power, the property cannot provide any critical amenities such as running water (the house is served by an electric well pump), heating/cooling, or cooking space or other kitchen necessities. The generator is set up to address these functions which is why we reached out to the owner. The owner sent out a team to investigate the cause of the back up generator failure. I was able to quickly identify that the propane tank that fueled the generator was empty when the team showed up the first time in the morning to investigate the issue. They dismissed this claim and were able to start up the generator and left. A few hours later, the generator went offline again. And after aiting some time

Fabulous Stay

Very nice place. Everything was well thought out. It was a fun adventure getting to the top. The beds were comfortable, sheets and bedding cozy, and entire place super clean. We Enjoyed our stay. A family of 11 ranging from 8yo to 52 years old.

FANTASTIC PLACE

This place was one of my most favorite stays! Very spacious and comfortable and never got bored even being stuck there for 4 days because of the snow. We will definitely be back here for another girl trip. The host was also great to work with. Thank you!!

Christmas Vacation

We had our family vacation at this Mt Riante property and it was amazing! We had 17 people,and never felt crowded! The theatre room/game room was a huge hit with the teens/young adults, as well as the hot tub. Kristi was an excellent host and communicated promptly with any questions I had. We will definitely keep this property in our list of family destinations and hope to visit again soon!

Great family vacation spot

Best choice

Family of 17, elders, middle age, teens, and children. We had a wonderful time. The house was more than perfect. Very spacious clean with beautiful sunrise views. Actually larger than we expected. The host was equally exceptional in communication. Only 30 mins from Magic Springs. Will rebook for next year.

The view is not the only breathtaking thing

We had a family reunion with my wife’s 2 brothers and their spouses and family. We traveled from Texas Arkansas and North Carolina to come together at this beautiful location. The house is not done justice in the pictures. It is absolutely gorgeous. It was very well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. I enjoy cooking and so many times in rentals you get hand me down dishes and cookware. This was not the case. Everything was of very good quality and actually provided bigger cookware to cook for groups. The kids loved the theater room and spent most of their time down there. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and look forward to possibly coming back in the future. Management was easily reached and responded quickly with any questions we had.
