This 2 Br villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Plantation. Located on 2nd floor, it requires 1 flight of stairs. The main bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa pull out in the living room. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It has all new TVs in each room. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect Get Away

I found this unit to be impeccably clean, bright, quiet and fully stocked with everything anyone would need. Nevin and Chanda were the perfect host as usual, this being my third year being hosted by them (polite, attentive and responsive) and had a wonderful time. Have already booked this unit again next year but highly recommend Kingston Plantation overall as it's very central to shopping, beach , golf etc.

Beautiful and quiet location. The place itself was in excellent condition and had everything we needed during our stay.The beach was located within an easy walk and the neighborhood has lots of nice, quiet paths.Loved it!

Great Stay in a Great Location with Great Amenities

This is our second stay in Kingston Plantation, and we are going to book our third. The location is convenient to all locations around Myrtle Beach. The unit was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable throughout the stay. The unit has a great layout, with separate bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit, a large kitchen, and combined dining and living room. We are happy to stay here again!

Fantastic condo at Kingston Plantation

Our favorite yet at Kingston! Our family has been coming to Kingston for over 30 years, and we've outgrown my parents' owned unit and consistently now need to rent a second condo. This has been our best rental yet, and will definitely keep this one in mind for our future stays. We had zero issues, and I loved the ease of communication with the hosts.

“The beach is right there!”

The apartment was lovely. This was my first time renting a VRBO and I was apprehensive. This was well worth the money! First, the place was so clean and had everything we needed from toilet paper to sandwich bags. Well everything except food! But the best part was the location to the beach, it was right there! The owners were very communicative about any questions or concerns. I can definitely say that we would rent this apartment again!

West Hyde Park Resort has everything any family would love. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
