Welcome to our Kanab home. This 2 bedroom home is great for "value-seeking" guests. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully furnished for all your needs for meals and cooking. It is within walking distance of the food market and many restaurants in town. This home has been fully renovated and is ready for comfort and relaxation after your adventures. It has a new kit/ appliances ,bathroom and W&D.
There is a work space in the living room for some work while your in town for adventure. There is a shared back yard with patio and tables and a BBQ grill and a fire pit. If you have more Guests there is also a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with this home that will accommodate up to 10 Guests if it is not previously booked. There is plenty of off-street parking that can even accommodate trailers beside and in front of the property.
Bryce & Zion National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are within a 2 hour drive. There are many slot canyons and scenic vistas that are close by.

Convenient and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and well stocked. The location was great and the kitchen had everything for cooking and packing lunches for our hikes.

Perfect place in Kanab

Everything was clean and orderly lots of extras. Everything that you would ask for and more. Close to all of the things that we wanted to do.

Great location near national parks

Nice house in a great location. Liked the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as national parks. The house had everything we needed, and Dennis was responsive and easy to comings with.

Great Kanab Location!

This is a great location in Kanab, directly across from a grocery store and within ~20 minutes walking distance to most of Kanab's restaurants. Check-in and check-out were easy. The owners were attentive and supplied all of the necessary information for our stay! Note that the unit is connected to a second suite, and so others may be staying in the same building (but physically separated) as you are.

Exceptionally well supplied

This was an excellent property that was insanely well stocked. It is clean, right across from a grocery store and we never really heard the guests in the next door apartment. Our only complaints would be that the bed and pillows were not great and the TV had parental locks on it for which the property manager didnt know how to remove. All in all however, one of the best places we have stayed.

Gute Lage zu den Nationalparks. Der Supermarkt ist gegenüber oder ein weiterer ist eine Straße weiter. Auch gibt es ein paar Restaurants. Die "Garage" nebenan ist auch vermietet, das hört man etwas durch.

Very clean and good location

The unit was exceptionally clean and the location was nice in that it is across the street from a good grocery store. Bed was comforatble. The description does not mention that there is an attached apartment. That unit is separated only by a door that opens into both units. Any conversation or activity in the adjoining apartment is clearly audible through the door. Manager indicated that would be changed in the near future. One odd thing - yes there is Roku TV but for some reason the majority of stations are blocked. If you want national news or entertainment you are out of luck.

Convenient getaway in Kanab

The whole visit went smoothly after resolving an issue with the propane tank. The house was nicely furnished and well-maintained. Location could not have been better.

This is a home we completely renovated recently. In addition to the 2 bedrooms there is a back patio with BBQ grill and Fire Pit area. We plan on staying winters in the 2 bedroom home and renting the Casita apt to Guests who want to explore this unique and magical area.

Everything is either new or redone and like new. This home could also be a 5 bedroom with 3 baths with 2 kitchens for a larger family retreat. There is a new efficient Heat Pump that provides central AC and Heat for the home and a Mini Split in the basement for your comfort.
The back yard has a very large shade tree and a concrete patio with chairs and table and BBQ grill. The landscaping is all stone and is designed to conserve water. We hope you enjoy it while you explore the amazing area and create wonderful family memories. Please take good care of it for us. :-)

Very convenient to shopping and laundry and restaurants in the area. It is all brand new and has been used very little.
