Johns River Wildlife Area Beach access is .5mi away to find shells or splash in the waves. Oyhut is an easy walk to the coffee shop, playground, Oyhut Grill, and bar.

Twin Shores

Beautiful setting and very convenient to beaches and good restaurants. Well decorated and clean. Great to have two kitchens and two sets of washers and dryers. Kelly was always available and helpful. Bedrooms are small but slept a lot of people. Couches and trundle create more options. Hot tubs were popular with my crowd.

Perfect Place for Family Reunion

This adjoining property was absolutely perfect to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone had enough space and privacy while also enough room to dine together. Everyone enjoyed the hot tubs, fire pits, and canal. A lovely place that will hold memories for us for years to come.

Perfect for families and groups

Nice clean property. It was so nice to have two kitchens for meal prep. Responsive property manager and easy checkin/checkout process. Would recommend!

Cozy stay

Great place to stay with family. It was nice having both side of the duplex, with adjoining doors. My sisters and I took my dad here before he has open heart surgery. He had the best time. Would recommend.

This was a great property for our first family vacation; 2 houses so we could spread out if we needed. We left adjoining door open and would go back and forth. The owners really took their guests into consideration when stocking the house. The kids loved playing in the sandy backyard with the sand toys they provided. Will definitely be back again!

Old but happy

Nine of our family stayed in this house for a week. Four of us are in our mid seventies. There house was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the canal. Enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchens had everything we needed. Would be happy to rent this place again Kelly was very accommodating.

Perfect vacation rental for a large family gathering

Super well-stocked, comfortable homes with everything we could have wished for. We made use of all the facilities and the hot tubs were much appreciated at the end of our active days! A great stay was enjoyed by all.

Great setup

We loved having two kitchens, living areas and a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped Loved the hot tubs and Sandy backyard for two boys. Lots of supplies for the week.

Family Trip

We had family visiting from out of town and we were a pretty large group. We rented both sides of the duplex which was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach and souvenirs shops. The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tubs and we spent our last night roasting marshmallows in the fire-pit! We loved the open layout of the home and the fact that we had two kitchens and dining rooms. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful Spot

It was great to have both sides open. Gave us 2 well stocked kitchens which made it easy for 2 cooks to go their stuff! Both units were very well appointed and the view of the canal was breathtaking. Will definitely let groups know this is a great, calming spot.

Shorely great location

Our time spent here was great. The duplex allowed for plenty of space for two families. We searched for this location on the VRBO site with the hot tub filter and were happy to find not one, but two hot tubs but sorely disappointed to find one had a green tint to the water and the other was inoperable. Emails to the property manager were never answered regarding the hot tubs.

Beautiful River view

We loved our stay here. Having 2 homes joined together really made it nice. You can close the doors at night so each side can have their preferred temperatures. Also, early risers on one side and late sleepers on the other. The river view is so peaceful. We loved everything about it. It’s so modern and the decorations are beautiful.

Great spot for the kids and adults with plenty of space

Worked out great having two hot tubs. We had a kid one, and an adult one. The way the two places join into one is a great feature as well. Kids were able to enjoy themselves while it was still pretty quiet for the adults to play cards and have delightful cocktails.

Great Ocean Getaway!

The set up of this home was perfect for a family to have their own space and have quiet space for naptimes when others wanted to play games. The waterfront was such a nice view even thought the weather was stormy. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! Thank you

Beautiful home

This our second year staying, but this year we booked both sides. The kids loved playing in the yard! So nice to have a fire pit and hot on the back yard as well. The property is clean and cared for! Also very well stocked! Love staying here and would recommend!

Family vacation Gramma,kids,grands and great grands

This place was awesome. Had every we could want. Very clean and organized, super cute, and owners were awesome! I loved the fact the 2 sides connected with a door that could be open or shut and locked it was great . We were quite impressed with it all and had a successful first ever family generation vacation. We will be back!
