Condo was clean and well stocked with everything that was needed.Had an issue with the door lock and the owners were able to solve it very quickly.Beautiful views would definitely book this again.

Great trip at Gulf Shores "Sea Bird's Nest"

We had an incredible time while staying at the "Sea Bird's Nest" property in Gulf Shores. The facility was exactly as described and had beautiful views of the gulf. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The residence was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the ability to come and go from the beach was fantastic. The location is perfect since it was close to anything we needed or wanted and far enough away from the crowds to enjoy peace & quiet. The reserved parking spot was a very nice added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

Condo was as described. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Easy check in with a door code and this unit has a reserved parking spot under the building which was very nice bonus.

Perfect stay!!

Condo was exactly as described. The view from the balcony is amazing!! We saw dolphins every morning. Elevators are fast, never had to wait. Will stay again! Very convenient to convenience store, 3 minute walk.

The doors should be replaced or fixed (bathroom and laundry). They were annoying. And I truly wouldn't say this if they weren’t. That’s it! We had a great time!

Great Location!

We had a great time in this lovely condo. The views are out of this world - we watched dolphins swim by every day.Communication with the management was excellent - they even shipped a forgotten jacket back home immediately!Would definitely recommend

20 Anniversary Get Away!

The unit was just as described! Very clean and nicely appointed. We loved the view and the location. It had comfortable and tasteful decor. It also provided 2 beach chairs to carry down (tho I am sure that is not guaranteed) that we used instead of the local rental service. Unfortunately local ordinance did not allow us to use the beach sail we brought. For a couple looking to get away, the unit and building was perfect for chilling on the beach and short walks to ice cream, pizza, the Beach House restaurant and little convenience stores. We especially loved the Beach House. They had great daily specials, diverse menu, and recommend the black beans side.

Enjoyed our stay

great stay and great host

Our stay at SeaBirds nest was wonderful. My wife is having a couple serious medical issues and this has really helped her outlook. We very much enjoyed the condo, furnishings, local attractions, and restaurants. Everything was as it should be and we recommend it highly. And, Lindsay is a very great, top host. If you book this, be sure to check out the notebook there for local information.

Cute Condo

The condo looks exactly as pictured. It was well decorated and more importantly clean. Really miss having my morning coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the morning. You get a good view on the 9th floor. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee makers, kettle, pots, pans, slow cooker etc We’ve been to other properties where the elevators are slow and this was not the case here. The owners responded promptly to questions. We had a wonderful week and would rent the condo again.

Nice stay

Nice 1 bedroom condo with a good sized balcony. There were a few issues to note. The kitchen sink faucet head did not function properly. It seemed to be stuck between modes, so it was half shower and half regular stream. The trash can was a pedal step to open, but that was not functioning. The closet doors in the bedroom are just barely hanging on the track. It’s a good property, just needs some attention.

Wonderful beach experience

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed walking and fishing on the beach, and also the great view from the balcony. Parking is easy and you don’t have a long walk to the apartment.
