This spacious home is the perfect getaway, centrally located for all the best Southern Utah attractions, including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Coral Canyon Golf Course, and minutes from the shopping and restaurants in St. George. Right around the corner from the home, you’ll have access to the clubhouse amenities, including two heated pools, hot tubs, and ping pong.

You will have full access to our home. Note that we have a video doorbell, which will be on during your stay.

Property was very nice, clean, and well stocked. All the amenities that were listed were available. Communicate with the host for check-in and checkout was easy and they were very responsive. Would stay again, very nice place.

Mostly this property was comfortable quiet and nice. Really the only complaint is that the AC was unable to keep up with the heat during the day. It was unable to keep it cooler than 76 degrees until well after sundown.

We loved this place! Everything was beautiful…nice, quiet neighborhood, great pools and hot tubs at the clubhouse (which is just around the corner from the townhome), lots of space, great kitchen. We loved it all!

What a beautiful property! Really cute little neighborhood. We stayed here as a home base to hike Zion & Bryce Canyon. (Both parks were breathtaking! Hiking the Queen's Garden Trail at Bryce Canyon should be on everyones bucket list) Lots of thought was put into the guests comfort in this home. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. Nicely done. Your cleaning crew did an exceptional job with lots of little touches to elevate the experience. Would 100 percent recommend this property!

Rock Solid Stay

The house was exactly as depicted,clean, and had an helpful binder regarding the surrounding area. Well-stocked Kitchen and all the appliances were working properly. Only issue in that the bunk beds were a little bit shaky and a bit too small for anyone over 6 feet tall.

Yes. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, only used the fridge. But was grateful to have it if we needed it. Peaceful area for the kids to play. Beautiful and peaceful duck pond. The home was clean and perfectly decorated. My son, his wife and 2 kids ( 5 and 7) had the 2nd floor, and the kids enjoyed it. The kids especially enjoyed the pac man game. We couldn’t figure out the pin ball. I had the bedroom on the first floor. Your home made us feel like home, away from home. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

Wonderful accommodations for the four of us to visit Zion National Park. Short 35 minute drive to main Zion location and only 30 minutes to Kolob Canyon up north. Near many other hiking opportunities in the St. George area. Well appointed unit with plenty of bedding and would easily accommodate a family of 8-10. Nice pool area although we didn't use it since we were hitting all the trails the National Parks and hiking trails the area had to offer. Walmart and Costco just down the road. In N Out Burger very close, too. One of the best VRBOs we've stayed in over the years. Cameron and Kaylynn were terrific hosts and left clear instructions for any questions we had. Highly recommend this unit for a stay in this area, especially if you have young kids. Thank you Cameron and KayLynn!

Aloha. This stay was perfect. The communication responses from owner were always immediate. This home included three arcade style games, one of which had multiple options, including Pac Man and Galaga.There were plenty of supplies. The Keurig came with many K cup options. There was also a regular coffee maker. They even provided microwave popcorn and candy. The washer and dryer are very nice. Tide pods included. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Many towels, including for pool. This home is very ideal for those traveling with someone who can't do stairs. There is a Master bedroom with its own full bathroom on the first floor. There is a second half bathroom on first floor as well. Upstairs is another Master with two beds and own bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps four in two bunk beds. It has an adjacent full bathroom.The loft can also be used as a sleeping space. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to park our two vehicles in the garage and driveway. Home is nicely positioned in Washington between St. George and Zion NP. We would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo for sharing your home!

Clean

Staying in the home was easy and pleasant. It is exactly as the listing shows, plenty of space for a family. Probably the cleanest listing we have stayed at in a while! The managers are easy to contact and resolved one small issue very quickly. The only thing that could be improved upon was the comfort of the beds, we stayed a week and after several nights in those beds we were very ready to return home to our own bed. An additional pillow top would resolve that issue easily as they are springy beds but are firm. Quiet neighborhood and the heated pool was excellent, we still used it one day while it was cold and rainy and the pool was so warm the weather didn’t bother us. Would stay again!
