Brown Pelican: Close to the beach, this oceanside duplex in The Village at Nags Head Community has a private pool, hot tub, and access to the Village Beach Club community pool & tennis courts!

Outer Banks memories that will last a lifetime are waiting for you at the Brown Pelican. Start your morning on the top-level sun deck watching the sunrise while enjoying your favorite coffee. Everyone will love how close you are to the beach, your own private pool and hot tub, and the Village Beach Club amenity with an ocean-front pool, tennis courts and so much more that is only steps away from your front door.
Unwind in your living room and enjoy watching your favorite movies with the family. Spend a night in and savor a delicious meal made in the upscale, well-equipped kitchen. A luxurious king bedroom with semi-private en-suite steps away from it all is the perfect place to rest your head. The second level of this home is grand enough to house the rest of your crew! With a second king en-suite and two kids' rooms with a pyramid bunk bed and two twin beds, everyone will find the perfect place for rest in the evening.

Exploring the area: Brown Pelican is a well appointed duplex located in sunny Nags Head on the Outer Banks. Shop for days or eat at some of our favorite local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Jump on the water and go parasailing. Try one of the area attractions like Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge, Jennette's Pier and Roanoke Island is just a short drive where you can stroll around the quaint little town of Manteo.
Beach Access: Just steps away from two beach accesses! Access located at Village Beach Club is just north of the home or walk to Sandcastle Ct where you can use wooden walkway to access beach.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Fireplace is not available for guest use. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.
Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: $10 to $25 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
