Esta hermosa casa frente a la playa cuenta con 6 dormitorios y 7 baños. Se encuentra en el mejor tramo de playa conocido como "The Washout" en Folly Beach. La casa tiene muchas características únicas que incluyen una cocina muy grande y un comedor. Cuenta con un bar cabaña en la planta baja y numerosas áreas de entretenimiento al aire libre. La casa está directamente cruzando la calle desde la playa y tiene amplias vistas a la playa desde la sala de estar y el gran porche delantero. La casa es perfecta para entretener y pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares. Nunca olvidará el tiempo que disfrutó en "Endless Summer".

We stayed for a long weekend with 11 people and were very comfortable. The weather wasn't great but the front porch allowed us all to sit outside and enjoy the great view of the ocean and all the surfers despite the rain! We loved all the games and the big table inside. The rental had everything we needed and would definitely recommend to others!

A group of 12 friends just finished our stay at this wondeful Folly Beach vacation home and we all agreed that it was perfect for us. The communication with Matt was great - every question was answered quickly and completely. The check in and check out process was seemless.The house itself was as good or better than the online pictures. There were 6 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (and an additional one downstairs near the outdoor bar area). The living and dining spaces were large and easily accomodated our group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The place was clean and comfortable. The closet was full of dozens of games.In our opinion, the highlight of the house is its large front porch. We logged many hours sitting, talking and reading (maybe having a few cocktails) while looking across the street at the beautiful beach. It was heaven.The house is a short drive or bike ride from town. Every day we walked, biked, played, swam and relaxed at the beach.We ventured into Charleston several times as it is only a short drive away. Having a base to stay as beatiful as this with the wonderful City of Charleston less than a half hour away was a real bonus.We lived every minute of our stay and we certainly hope to visit again. It was a great value and can't wait to return to Folly.

A dozen women friends from college, 60 years ago. We gather every year or two. A beach is a frequent destination and Folly and this house were perfect for us. All on one floor…after getting up from the ground level. Great porch overlooking the ocean. Generous kitchen, well-furnished.

This property is absolutely amazing! It is so much larger than we expected. The kitchen and eating space allowed all our families that stayed with us and at other houses to all congregate for family evening dinners. The bedrooms all having private bathrooms was perfect! Then let’s talk about the view. Holy moly it was a straight view of the ocean and the porch was incredible! The wall over to the crosswalk to the beach side was so easy and accessible. We will definitely be requesting this property again!

Great location; great property (very spacious). Only issue is the WiFi is not great. It essentially only works in the front portion of the home and if you are in the back bedrooms, you will not be able to access the WiFi.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 10. The downstairs area and additional fridge and ice maker were very convenient. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Best vacation

Wonderful vacation. Best house we stayed in as a family. Each had teir own room and bathroom . Had a lot of fum using the downstairs. Location to the beach great and loved sitting on the porch watching the surfers. Hope to stay again.

Fabulous all around

Everyone in our big family group loved our stay. Beautiful, comfortable home with the best views of the beach and surfers. Downstairs area was terrific for entertaining, porch and rocking chairs were another favorite spot for our group. Host was professional and quick to respond to any questions. We would love to come back!!

Bachelorette in Paradise

We had a large group (12 women) and this was the most beautiful house to stay in. It was a perfect location for an easy walk across the street to the beach, and a quick drive into Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. We could not have asked for a better location or communication. It was all around just a great stay!

Girls weekend

Perfect location for our group of 7. Given the age of the home we were happy to see what great condition it’s in. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space and seating for meals, enjoying the view from the front porch rocking chairs and game time! It was ideal having so many bathrooms and even beach towels! Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Great stay!

Girl’s Weekend Away

This amazing beach front property was absolutely perfect for our long weekend away! Waking up to the sunrise over the water right outside our front door was amazing. Steps from the beach, we could easily go back and forth. The open area with the kitchen, bar and dining space was perfect for all of us to gather. The open hallway leading to multiple bedrooms provided plenty of space for our party of 14. The lower patio area was perfect for our outdoor dinner. We loved that there was an ice maker and extra fridge downstairs. Highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our trip! We rented golf carts to roam Folly Beach and were only minutes away from the Main Street in town.

Perfect for multiple Family gathering

The selling point is the large front porch overlooking the ocean. Beach is just across the road. Walk inside and the living area is extra spacious - large kitchen & dining area. Six bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. Perfect for multiple family gathering.

Great place for a big family!

Our family took a Christmas trip here and it was absolutely wonderful. The view is amazing, lots of surfers to watch! The house was very clean and well furnished with all the necessary items. The host, Matt, was super nice and very responsive. We will certainly be back!

Perfect reunion house!

We had our college reunion and 6 couples stayed here. The open floor plan is perfect. The sitting area on the ground floor is amazing. Kitchen is well stocked too! We will definitely be back
