There is also a screen porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The ground level unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area has direct access to an outdoor covered patio. This versatile space provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment, whether you're indulging in alfresco dining, enjoying a game of cards, or simply soaking up the warm coastal breeze.

No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 16 guests. Units cannot be rented separately. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
