The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 3

This is a motel style bottom floor apartment. It has two queen bedrooms, and one bathroom with a stand-up shower. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo set, and hand soap are provided.

Kitchen with coffee pot, dishes, and utensils provided. There is a smart TV with fire stick in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. The bedroom and the living room have a window unit with AC, fan, and heating.

Bench outside of the unit for your use. Outdoor area with picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you intend to use the grill. Neat, clean, safe, and affordable place to stay less than a block from the beach.

*The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues. Please look to bring bottled water if this will be an issue so that you have access to it.*

Weekend getaway

We stayed for the weekend. Unit was very comfortable and roomy for my group. Short walk to the beach. I do recommend staying here.

Great little spot

If you want a nice clean place close to beach, this is perfect. Short walk to beach. Apartment is clean and nice. We spend most of our time on the beach and then this gives us a great place if we need to walk back and forth

Perfect spot for visiting Surfside!! Room was extremely clean and comfortable! Location is a short walk to the beach, coffee bar, restaurants! Host is responsive and rental process was simple and easy! We are already looking to book again!

Labor day weekend

Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and ideally located just a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross. The only thing to consider is that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms.

Great for the price!

This is a no-frills location and it's priced accordingly. However, it is exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the beach! It's clean and comfortable. The beds are very nice and the pillows are plentiful and fluffy. Unlike many of the air b&b nightmares you read about, they only require you to wash your dishes and even that's avoidable if you bring paper plates and cups. They take care of the bed linens and towels. There's a broom and dustpan for sweeping up the daily sand brought in from the beach. About a thousand tv channels and three separate air conditioners so that you can control the temperatures in the different rooms to everyone's comfort level. It's a quick walk over a bridge directly to the beach, but we chose to drive so we could bring more stuff and have shade and snacks and drinks on ice. Since our main focus was activities, we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the rental, but while we were there, it was quiet and comfortable. We would love to stay here again! I have a little dog who's partially paralyzed and needs a wheelchair to get around. They conveniently placed us on the ground floor, which made it really easy to accommodate him. Ground floor accommodations are very rare in a beach location because most rentals are on stilts. This was excellent for our situation! We were extremely happy with this place for our purposes. It's got the feel of an old motel and that may have been its role in a previous era. It's great for the price!

Perfect for the goal! Relaxing at the beach. Short walk to a board walk. Very clean and comfortable. Manager is very quick with replies and all communication!

Perfect for the weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 3 adults, 1 child, and two dogs and it was such a breeze. Marcus was very quick to answer my questions prior to and during our stay. The beds were comfy, water stayed hot, and so close to the beach! Perfect for our weekend trip!

Fishing trip to Surfside beach

2 rooms, 2 beds, 3 ac units, clean refrigerator and kitchen. It was perfect for us. My only critique would be more hangers outside to hang up wet cloths after walking from the beach.

Enjoyed our stay

It was nice to walk just a couple minutes to the beach. The rental was very clean inside, and the walk-in closet was useful and a nice surprise. Check in and communications were easy. Only suggestion would be maybe adding a couple lamps for the living area and bedrooms. It was also nice that we could walk along the beach just a short distance to a beachfront restaurant for dinner. Thank you for offering a clean, reasonably priced rental walking distance to the beach.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was great. As far as cleanliness, nothing near the beach is ever going to stay clean because of the sand. The air conditioners were really nice and cold. The bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

Great experience

The property was clean and check-in was easy. Marcus was in contact with me prior to and during my stay to make sure we had everything we need. Staff on site are friendly and helpful. We will book here again.
