Hardwood floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances. TVs in living room & bedroom with streaming WiFi connection. a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is a cozy bungalow with low ceilings, approximately 6'-4" to 6'-6".

Very conveniently located. Cute place, perfect for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The neighbors are not so nice. Beware of where you park, how you park and for how long you park. I received a nasty note on my windshield and my husbands truck almost got towed. Per the neighbor, it was abandoned?

Small and compact. Excellent heating system. Loved the electronic fireplace. The pergola in the backyard made for an excellent area to enjoy sitting outside in the rain. Convenient location very close to historic downtown and major highways. Very dog friendly backyard. Tippy gives the property four paws up!

Fun spot for one or two people and a couple dogs. Lovely yard! Quiet. Perfect location close to town, the dog park and Lowell Observatory. Easy walking distance.

We loved this property. Perfect size for 2 people and our pups. The dogs loved the yard and we loved how close the house is to everything. We walked everywhere.

Short Stay

Very cute small rental which is all the size we need. This is very dog friendly with a private yard. In a wonderful part of town and very quiet. The place does need some work such as the shower is getting old, the living room A/C leaks condensation with water on the floor. The weather stripping going to back yard needs to be replaced and could cause somebody to get hurt. Yes it’s a record player but extremely old and could use an upgrade. What made everything just wonderful was the bed!! That was divine ! We did enjoy our stay and would like to return

Medical procedures in the big city

We live off grid and have to travel to Flagstaff whenever we need medical treatment or procedures. This was the perfect place to stay and was very pet friendly. Thank you!!

Wonderful little spot!

We loved the little cabana and so did our dog! Great location and very well appointed. Bed comfy a plus! Will be back. Super close walking distance and a wonderful trail Mars loop in Thorpe park. A+

We had stayed in the blue bungalow previously and found the green one to be excellent as well. We highly recommend these rentals as they are close enough to downtown to walk to and it’s an easy drive to many local attractions.

Best Vacation Ever

Flagstaff is great and Green Gable was the perfect place to stay in the perfect location. We walked downtown to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We hiked some of the local trials and even went to Sedona a couple times. Some days we just chilled in the GG.

Cute House, But Leaves Some to be Desired

The house is cute and close to downtown if you enjoy a short walk. A few things affected the comfort of the house. First, it is very drafty. There is a gap under the back door that lets in cold air, and so much air leaked through the bedroom window that I kept thinking it was open. This was made worse by the paper-thin coverlet on the bed, and the fact that there were no extra blankets provided. Also, there were no linens available for the futon in the living room. We bought blankets at a big box store our first morning. The other element that made our stay less enjoyable was the amount of noise created by the heater in the master bedroom. When it cycled on, the entire wall vibrated loudly, and it's not an exaggeration to say that it sounded like a semi was idling outside our door. The noise worsened as the heater cycled off. My husband suggested it should be themed the "Good Vibrations" house. If you need a quiet environment for sleep or work, I don't recommend this house.

Perfect for two and a pooch!

Nice little place, very clean with nice touches. Ample bathroom space and shower. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. We would suggest a table lamp in living room, overhead lighting quite bright, and address low, drainage spot in back yard. Great stay, will definitively consider staying here again.

Total disappointment

Bathroom sink not draining properly. Black mold around the shower stall. Overgrown weed in the entire backyard and front yard. Dog feces in back yard. Broken steps in both the front and back doors. Rotting door into the back yard. Uneven gravel and dirt making it impossible to traverse the yard over to the astro turf area. Broken fireplace. Bedroom TV turns on by itself. Lack of exhaust fan in bathroom.Holes in the walls around the electrical receptacles. Coffee pot leaks all over the counter.

Nice get away 🏡

The bungalow was perfect for the 2 of us!! Short distance to downtown & quiet neighborhood . We did enjoy a fire 🔥 one evening as the weather was quite chilly during out stay. We were there to watch our son run the Cocodona 250 from Phoenix to Flagstaff and they had rented a house close by so they stopped over to see where we were staying. I have to say for a smaller place, the living room accommodated the 6 of us w no problem for a visit.

Great Flagstaff option- location with all the details.

The host really has thought of everything with this small and tastefully decorated home. Ideal for two adults and a pet. The finishings were charming throughout and the fenced in backyard was ideal for a pet or to sit outside with coffee. Loved this spot.

Adorable Bungalow

This little bungalow was just perfect for two of us and our dog. We were in town to visit our NAU student. The fenced yard was just right for relaxing and giving the pup some freedom after a day of hiking in Flagstaff. It was NAU family weekend so being able to cook our own dinners and avoid the crowded restaurants was very nice. Everything you could need to cook a meal was stocked in the kitchen. As others have commented, the ceilings are low, our 6’4” student looked really tall inside! 😂 Other great features… walking distance to downtown, NAU, and Thorpe dog park, fire pit, dog poopy bag set up outside, and a small washer/dryer. A designated parking spot was nice too. Definitely will plan to book again for our next visit.

Location great

This cute house was near Historic Downtown as well as hiking trails. We walked to town for shopping and meals. Hiking trails and a dog park were close by. Didn't have to take our car out at all. The house had all amenities, and the king bed was great! The surrounding neighborhoods were a tad run down but I think there has been substantial flooding in the area. The back yard was private and nice but did not have a bbq which would have been nice. The house cannot accommodate really tall people. My husband is 6'2" and just fit. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing new air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
