Welcome to Our Townhome in the Pines

Nestled among beautiful Ponderosa pines in the Pinnacle Pines Townhome community, our well-appointed "Townhome in the Pines" offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain tranquility. This spacious 1,750-square-foot townhome features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac, providing a relaxing retreat while remaining close to everything Flagstaff has to offer.

Just outside the front door, you'll find two scenic hiking trails that wind through the surrounding Ponderosa forest. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, abundant wildlife, and peaceful sounds of nature. After a day of exploring, unwind with a cup of coffee on the front porch, enjoy cocktails on the private patio, fire up the grill, or curl up with a good book in our cozy reading nook.

The house was beautiful! Very clean and very comfortable. Hosts were kind and responsive. The property is perfectly tucked away for a remote feel, while only a few minutes from coffee, groceries, and restaurants. There are a lot of fun walking/hiking trails in the neighborhood and those made for fun family memories. The kitchen was well stocked with the equipment to feed our family of 5 with ease. I would highly recommend this property and plan to rent it again!

So many great trails and beautiful outdoor spaces but still close enough for a quick grocery run should you need anything, close to NAU campus if you are attending any games /events. The hosts are great. Clear communication, easy arrival/departure process and very responsive should you have any questions.

This townhome in the pines was just what we needed for a nice relaxing weekend! The entire space is beautifully decorated, very well maintained and totally spotless! And the kitchen had absolutely everything one could hope for, including dog bowls and a drip mat! The owners are a dream and the communication was impeccable. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this rental!

Great place nestled in the forest in Flagstaff. Close to everything and located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was a great size and well appointed - everything we needed was available. Great place for families.

This was a wonderful property for my family to stay at during our time in Flagstaff. The property was clean and had everything you needed.

We loved our stay at the quiet townhome in a community nestled in the woods. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The lovely townhome has a great location, just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the historic downtown. The hosts provided clear instructions for the home. One thing I would have appreciated was a map for the nearby walking paths and trails. Overall, it was a five-star stay.

We loved our stay! The townhome was clean and had a warm “at home” feeling. The description was spot on. Great location! Close to NAU and downtown restaurants. The area was beautiful with all the trees. We will be back.

We are Jeff and Amy Vandervort, and we built this townhome for our daughter while she attended Northern Arizona University. We wanted to create the perfect balance between providing her with a comfortable place to live during school and giving our family the opportunity to spend time together in the beautiful surroundings of Flagstaff and the Ponderosa Pines.

We have been VRBO owners and hosts for more than ten years and have owned and managed several vacation rental properties. Nestled among the beautiful Ponderosa Pines, it is removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Flagstaff while still being just minutes away from our favorite restaurants, shops, and attractions.

One of the things we love most about the neighborhood is its peaceful cul-de-sac setting and direct access to nearby hiking and biking trails. We can step outside the front door and enjoy the natural beauty of Flagstaff without having to drive anywhere. Whether it's an early morning walk, a bike ride through the forest, or simply relaxing on the patio and enjoying the fresh mountain air, Pinnacle Pines provides the perfect setting for a memorable getaway.

For us, it is truly a place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy everything that makes Flagstaff so special.

With hiking and biking trails just steps away, nearby sledding areas in the winter, and only about 30 minutes from the ski slopes of Arizona Snowbowl, there's always an opportunity for adventure.

The townhome is also conveniently located about 45 minutes north of Sedona and approximately 1½ hours from Grand Canyon National Park, depending on which rim you visit. Whether you're interested in skiing, hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, this location places you close to some of Arizona's most iconic destinations.

As outdoor enthusiasts ourselves, we love having so many recreational opportunities within easy reach. The combination of mountain living, convenient access to attractions, and year-round activities makes this townhome the perfect home base for exploring everything Northern Arizona has to offer.
