Welcome to Pasadena! This is a recently remodeled second floor guest unit with two bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom. Designed for travelers in mind, this place has everything travelers need to stay comfortably for both short term and long term.

It is within a short driving distance to PCC, Cal Tech, Rose Parade, Restaurants, Shops, Metro, & Bus lines. Great central location to Disney, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and everything in LA.

Sheets smelled strongly of body odor

This place was OK but we had a few mishaps worth noting that we experienced. For one, the check in instructions were wrong and the code to get in was not accurate. I messaged the host and they responded right away, though, and I was able to get in after getting the correct code. When we entered the unit, it smelled strongly of body odor. We opened up the windows to get fresh air and the smell went away. My son went to put his stuff away in the room with the twin beds. The twin bed smelled very strongly of body odor. It was so bad that I suspect a homeless person had slept in that bed. It is very obvious that the housekeeper did not change the sheets in that room. The smell was on the comforter, the pillowcase, the fitted sheet, and the flat sheet. When I’m renting a place, I feel that a basic necessity is clean sheets no matter what. Luckily, the problem was easily resolved since there were clean sheets stored in the drawers below the bed so we stripped the bedding and replaced it. One thing to note is that the 2nd twin bed in the room is a day bed so the beds are side by side when they’re set up.Another annoying thing is that the neighbors left their dog outside in the cold and the dog was barking loudly till midnight. The windows aren’t well insulated so this kept us awake until the dog stopped barking. The water pressure in the shower is really bad, almost a trickle. The futon in the living area is not comfortable. Everything else was OK and the price was great.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent parking. Close to restaurants, Starbucks and 7/11. Would stay here again.

Very nice place but tiny details that would need attention...

The place was very nice! Great location and amazing facilities! Everything inside was as it was shown on the picture. Great place! I'm only knocking off a few points because in the check in process it was indicated that we had the "Unit B". But after realizing the code didn't work and after a few round of messaging with the host, we were told that there was a mistake in the instructions and that we were in fact in "Unit C"... And also, while the place was generally clean, there were a few spots like fan blades or top shelves that could have used a little more attention during the cleaning process. But nothing dramatic... Overall, we did have a great stay at this place and would definitely come back!

Great location, great rental

The apartment was just as advertised - very clean and comfortable. The shower and beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was very close by and the neighborhood was very nice. Great parking in the back.

Very clean and easy instructions

I stayed here with my husband and a few of our friends. the instructions and communication throughout the whole process was detailed and wonderful. There was even instructions on how to read the A/C remote. This was very helpful. The king bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. The twin bed was firm, I think it would be okay for a kid and not someone in their 30's. The check-out instructions were easy to follow and very detailed. If you can't tell, I love details. It was also pretty close to the rose bowl and down the street from a Sprouts. Double win. I would stay again.

Perfect Getaway!

I am beyond pleased with my experience renting this cute Pasadena spot. James was very accommodating and quick to respond. I felt like this was the perfect home away from home. I can't to stay here again!

Our Los Angeles Vacation with my Family.

The house is very clean, cozy and organized. All things we need are availabe like kitchen utensils and beddings. The Host is very accomodating by messaging us on what are the things that may we need more and we requested for an early check in and he allowed us. Airconditioning is very good. We are very happy because he provided us secured parking area at the back of his house. The house is near to all the restaurants. The place is secured and quite place to stay at night, its a good neighborhood. Almost 30 minutes drive to Hollywood. Near to Disneyland and beautiful beaches like Sta. Monica Beach, Malibu Beach and Venice Beach. We are highly recommended this house. We will definitely recommend this house to our Family and friends. Thank you.
