Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)

Security Hold: A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 1–2 days prior to check-in. There is wildlife here! Be aware that native wildlife includes bears, snakes, raccoons, skunks as well as insects that may bite or sting. We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out. Definitely, do not feed the bears.

Check-Out Instructions:
Check-out time is by10:00 a.m. Cleaners often arrive close to 10am due to their busy schedule.
Leave beds unmade and remove all food items.
Load and start the dishwasher, and ensure that sinks are empty.
Dispose of trash in the provided bear-proof containers outside.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Clean the grill after use.
