The golf cart, bikes, and other amenities are complimentary with your stay. In the unlikely event that any require repairs, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly; however, refunds will not be issued for equipment downtime. Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest or Alys Beach.

🏖 The Ultimate Beach Vacation
• Winston Lane Public Beach Access – Less than 0.7 miles away, on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary Beach. No public parking, but plenty of bike racks.
• Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access – The largest county beach access, just 200 yards south of Hwy 98. Offers parking, restrooms, lifeguards during peak season, three dune walkovers, and 117 parking spaces. Beach chair rentals available!
• Wall Street Beach Access – About a mile away at the end of South Wall Street. No public parking, but restrooms, outdoor showers, and parking are available just 1/4 mile east at Inlet Beach Access. Beach chair rentals available.

• New pedestrian underpass – Walk or bike safely across Hwy 98 through a pedestrian-only tunnel
• 30Avenue shops & dining – Restaurants, boutique shopping, yoga, arcade, and live music
• Camp Helen State Park – Kayaking, paddleboarding, and nature trails
• Nearby attractions – Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, grocery stores, and Panama City Beach (9 miles away)

Heating schedule is managed by the neighborhood association and subject to change. No refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a desired temperature or becomes unavailable.

🐾 Pet-Friendly (with Restrictions)
• One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog under 35 lbs allowed with a $225 non-refundable pet fee
• No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Siberian Huskies, or German Shepherds
• Guests must clean up after their pet in the house and yard; additional cleaning fees may apply

📜 Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements
• Rental agreement must be signed within 72 hours after booking- Message us if you’d like to see a copy of the rental agreement before booking
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• Golf cart drivers must be 25+ years old with proof of license & insurance. Golf carts are allowed in Inlet Beach & along 30A but not in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• For security purposes, there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. This device monitors the exterior entryway only and is in place to ensure guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
• Please note that we adhere to our stated cancellation policy. We understand that unexpected events can occur, so we encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to safeguard their trip plans.
