Great location

The house was nice and very comfortable. Plenty of space and nice features. Love the amenities- bikes, golf cart, balcony, back porch. Easy access to the beach. Had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Stay

Shannon and Amy were great hosts and made the process seamless and went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. Area is great with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Will be back!

Great house, easy access to Goatfeathers and PCB

We had a great stay. The house was great. Note that all bedrooms are upstairs. The beach access requires that you cross hwy 98 (4lane) without a light. The golf cart was not terribly powerful therefore that’s a little scary. Inlet beach public access is nice because there’s a bathroom, A lifeguard, chair service if you want it, and no steps. But it’s crowded like all other places. You can drive the cart to Rosemary or other places but you can’t park the golf cart there so it’s not much help beyond dropping folks off. The bikes were great to have for this reason. All else was great! You are close to small area with some restaurants. Goatfeathers take out was so easy and delicious! And easy access to the west end of PCB via car (Publix, Winn Dixie, Bayou Bills which we liked).

Perfect Family Getaway!

The house was amazing! It felt so peaceful and inviting from the moment we walked in. It was the perfect amount of space for our family, and all the amenities you could possibly need - golf cart, bikes, beach tent, chairs, beach toys, tv and streaming services, arcade games, board games etc. There was a pack n play and toys for our toddler and plenty of books and games! The beds were huge and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also loved sitting out on the front porches with coffee/wine. We had a mix of adults, teens and a toddler. It was a quick ride over to beach access and Rosemary square, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants right next door. Perfect family getaway! Highly recommend booking this home.

Great family vacation!

Beautiful home and a great location! About a 5 minute drive to the beach, or you can ride your bike or take the golf cart (make sure to double check rules on where golf carts allowed). Crossing highway 98 at the light felt safe and was not an issue. A quick bike ride into Rosemary and there is also a great shopping center near the house with good restaurants, shops and a nice green space! The host is super responsive (and very kind!) and was very helpful in giving us suggestions in the area! We appreciated that they have bikes to use and beach gear. Thank you, Amy and Shannon!!

Everything Was Perfect!

We had a great time! The house is perfectly clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable! We slept great! We used the bikes several times. The location was great for beach, dining and getting to any of the towns. Shannon and Amy are so attentive, kind and easy to work with!!! I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the 30A area!!

Perfect stay!

For the first time ever, I've found a place I would want to stay at again. This house was perfect for our trip to 30A. You can just tell when a host tries to look at it from the renters' perspective and is able to anticipate any needs that could come up during their stay. This house had everything we needed and was so cute and charming. We might just have to come back next year!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay! The house was so nice, looked just like the pictures, plenty of space. It was so thoughtful to provide items in the beach closet. Easy access to everything, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Adorable, CLEAN house!

Although the property is across 98 from beach access, it was absolutely no trouble to get to the beach and enjoy the day. It is very close to lots of shopping and dining and only about a mile from Rosemary for more options. This property is well cared for and has great A/C (can’t be hot in the house after a day at the beach!) We wish there had a been a grill other than electric but everything was truly great!

Sweet Spot!

This house was clean and beautifully decorated. We easily took the bikes provided for us to the beach and into Rosemary, Seaside, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The only downside (and a very little one) was that we had to cross a major highway to get to the beach and into Rosemary. However, there was a good crosswalk and we had no trouble getting across the highway on bikes and with a bike trailer hauling all our gear. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive. We highly recommend this house!

Family Vacation

Had a great time at this vacation get away. Property is amazing and the bonus of bikes and beach gear made our stay that much better! The pool is great as well and a very short walk down the block. Quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Best VRBO we ever stayed in

I rarely leave reviews but wanted to leave review for this VRBO. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more. We do yearly trip with my in laws and they have very high standards; and this time even they loved the place. We are thinking of booking this same place year after year! Also Shanon was super responsive. My messages were answered within 15-30 minutes. Amazing customer service! There is nothing to complain about! If I had to say nitpick, I would say return of security deposit took longer than any place I ever stayed at. It took 9 business days for it to come back to our bank account. But that is really minimal and doesn’t bother me now that I know. Anyway, amazing place to stay and great location overall!

A perfect week in Inlet Beach FL

The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained, and is located close to many beautiful beaches, parks and shopping areas. The owners responded quickly whenever questions arose. We would definitely book this property again for future trips.

Such a cute house , great communication with owner! Accurate description! Fully stocked . SUPER COMFORTABLE Master bed! ONLY thing that would have been better is being on the beach itself ! The pirate ship also looked to be slightly larger and more of a play space then in reality but no big deal !!!

Great place, quiet neighborhood, convenient location

We loved being able to explore all the small beach towns surrounding this area. The beach was a short 6 min bike ride but due to construction of a under pass of 30a the crossing was a bit hairy at times. The back yard was very small and not fenced so i would advise vacationers with pets to be prepared they will need to walk the dogs and not just let them out back. The house was beautiful and the décor was amazing. Once the underpass is constructed it will be amazing.

5 star property.

I have nothing bad to say about this house. It was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in. It had every possible amenity from shampoo/ conditioner, plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, stocked kitchen, etc. It was perfect for our girls trip. A quick 5 minute drive to the beach, or you can bike (you just have to cross a busy highway). We loved our stay!

Amazing!!

This place was awesome! There were so many amenities and it was perfect for our family! We have a 10, 9 and 5 year old and I didn’t hear “I’m bored” once! They had lots of board games to play while in the house, the amount of beach/pool stuff for guests to use was awesome. It was a great location, close to everything. Amy was awesome to work with, we had a problem with the lock on the door and she fixed it promptly and sent us goodies the next day for the inconvenience. The property managers really care about their guests. My family and I will definitely be back!

Spacious and has everything you need!

Treasure Palms was a wonderful fit for our family. All the furnishings are comfortable and family friendly. The kitchen/dining/living is perfect and gives you a great sense of togetherness. The bedrooms are all upstairs and I loved that everyone had their own space to rest/relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Lots of pans, pots, tupperware, dishes etc. They have a beach closet with chairs, beach toys, umbrella. This helped so much so we didn't have to haul all of our items from home. You won't regret booking this home for your vacation. The host cares so much about your stay and will respond quickly with any questions.
