Villa Nosoni-Nestled between trees near Lake Shasta.

Relax and unwind in this home nestled around trees in Lakehead, CA. Conveniently located between Redding and Mount Shasta, and close to Shasta caverns. If you are planning on boating the dock is only 10 minutes away. The house is stylish, bright and inviting that suits the whole family. It's a four bedroom two bathroom house with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom, the second bedroom with two full size beds and a full bathroom is upstairs. Downstairs you'll have two bedrooms with queen beds as well as the second full bedroom.
There is a bonus sunroom with a foosball table , yoga mats and weights.
Max capacity at any given time is 7 people. If you exceed this amount you will be fined. Due to some guests over using the electricity, hot tub in the winter or the AC during summer, I will charge the guests for normal usage of $25/daily. Screen shot of the electric bill will be provided with the daily usage.

Nice family retreat

Clean, convenient, well located. Has nice deck and enough indoor space to spend a night in. Located near the freeway. There is also a small grocery and decent brewery / restaurant close by.

Well kept just as described in a quiet area with easy access. It was the perfect trip. Cia is attentive and checks in to ensure everything is good. I will definitely check out her other properties as well for future trips.

Came down from the Oregon/ Washington border to have a family trip to Lake Shasta! The house was perfect! Cia was very accommodating and I would recommend this house to anyone!! It has more than everything you need to not want to go back home!

Peaceful, modern home

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the trees. This home is well designed & looks just like the pics. Highlights were cooking meals in the kitchen, eating outside on the deck, the solarium in the mornings, and hot tubbing under the stars. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. We used this space as home base for excursions between the mountain & Redding. Enjoy!

Loved the place!

Everything was great. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Located just a few minutes from the lake boat launch. Very nice décor and plenty of room. My husband was wishing it would have had a recliner in the living room because of his back issues. The beds were way too hard for him, but the outside spa helped with his back. Loved the deck and the extra room off the deck and kitchen. Would definitely rent this home again.

Nice place to enjoy the area

The home had tasteful decor, nicely stocked kitchen, and overall a nice home away from home. It was located nicely to enjoy the area. There was a gas station and market nearby if you forgot something you need. There was a subway sandwich not far and a restaurant (we didnt eat at). The only small issues were the hot tub was too hot- take off cover a day before u may want to use it, the master bedroom had a broken bed (owner said she would have it repaired- so it could be fixed), and the upstairs non master was hot to sleep in (a fan in that room could help). But overall we would stay again and it had everything we needed to enjoy the area.

Villa Nosoni...Wonderful VRBO!

Great house for grandparents, parents, and teens! Exceptionally clean and enough room for everyone to hang out. Close to the lake and Water slide in Redding. We had a wonderful time!
