Lakefront Fishermen’s Villa at Possum Kingdom

This 6 bedroom lakefront retreat is perfect for families! New furniture and more parking for 2024 season! Two level dock with swing and sound system. The fishing is excellent under the dock most times of the year. Water is 25 feet deep under the dock. Several artificial crappie structures. Not uncommon to catch 50-100 crappie in a long weekend. Many sandbass, striper, black bass and catfish. Fun to fish all night with our underwater green lights! Starlink internet! Firepit, pellet smoker and gas grill available. Plenty of large shade trees and plenty of parking on the 2 acre lot (no parking on grass please.) Very private. Very close to Possum Hollow and Fox Hollow restaurants and bait shops. 20 mins to the beautiful little town of Graham. Don’t miss the sunsets! Play games or make s’mores!

Please bring your own wood pellets for the smoker, fishing gear and bait, paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, etc
Pets are only allowed on a special case by case basis (such as a documented, certified seeing eye dog), with approval before booking, and subject to a refundable deposit and non-refundable fee. If you bring an unapproved pet, you will be asked to leave and/or pay a fine of $4000 per pet.

Please bring your own folding/fishing chairs for the lower dock. We have 3 lounge chairs that stay on top of dock. Also, please bring your own lifejackets.

No fireworks allowed, strictly enforced!

Home sits on a gated/fenced 2 acres. NO ATV, QUADS, 4Wheelers, dirtbikes, golf carts, Rangers, Razors, Mules, etc are not allowed under any circumstances. Dock is wheelchair accessible from the back porch.

No hunting or discharging of firearms!

Great spot!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It truly is a fisherman’s villa. Biggest bass we caught was 22” 4lbs. Caught numerous 2+lb largemouth and even caught some spotted bass, white bass, and one big striper. Along with numerous others like bluegill, drum, and some catfish. Really nicely renovated house with tons of room for our family of 10. Great location and great views.

Everything we hoped for - and more!

Our family and our children's friends had an amazing time at William's lake house! We have a son in a wheelchair and found the property fully accessible inside and out. There were just a few questions I had during our stay, and William's replies were always prompt and very helpful. We will gladly book to stay here again!

Family Vacation

My wife and four of our great grandsons went on this vacation for 12 days. The house was lovely and very well maintained. We had a great time catching fish from the dock at almost any time of the day or night! Even though we enjoyed our boat rides, we didn't fish from the boat because we had all of the fishing we needed from the dock! The kids enjoyed swimming around the dock also! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Perfect place for a family reunion

We loved our stay at this beautiful lake house on Possum Kingdom Lake. The place was clean and had plenty of rooms and beds for our family. We hung out on the dock, brought pool floaties and life jackets to hang out in the water just off the dock. We are mostly novices when it comes to fishing but we caught a lot of nice sized fish like largemouth bass and perch. The kids even caught a few fish. We made our food the entire stay and had plenty of options for cooking: from a charcoal grill, propane grill, pellet smoker, and a large gas stovetop. On Sunday afternoon a storm rolled in but it was beautiful to watch from the nice covered patio or even the living room with wall to wall windows. There is a great selection of board games and card games to choose from. Plenty of towels and blankets were available. I was able to text with the property owner easily. Some of us did not have much cell service in the area but once we connected to the wifi, we were able to communicate.

Such a beautiful home & view!

We had a great stay. Between the frequent deer visits and the outstanding view of the sunset every evening from the massive back porch, this was a great experience. Plus- communication with William exceeded our expectations. 5 stars overall!

Fun family weekend

Beautiful home and area ! Our first lake trip and had a lot of fun . Beautiful sunsets and great view for drinking our coffee. We even got a little rain and it was just so peaceful sitting outside.
