Lovely 3bd 2 bath with open floor plan boosts 50+ sq ft granite counter space, gas range, stocked kitchen with an attached patio & bbq pit making it easy to relax & enjoy. St.Peters offers 27 miles of trails & parks as well a vast array of dining options & activities! Bring your firestick/game system to enjoy one of our manyTVs! Cuddle on the huge sectionals or take some you time, in the hammocks listening to the trees & birds! We often host dogs bc of this, there's no carpet please reach out to discuss, there is a $25 per dog per night fee.

Solar, recycling, living plants, fresh flowers and cinnamon rolls year round. The open calming floor plan and decor make this space your home away from home. The perfect space for cooking a huge meal while visiting with your guests and playing board games. Beds have down and regular pillows. Relax on the low lit patio or in the hammock with the grill going. Bordering our neighborhood there's a skating and ice rink, huge libary, parks with pavilions & jungle gyms, baseball, basketball, tennis, exercise park, all paved paths attaching to 25+ miles of trails, many running along spencer creek. We even have a Walmart market place (grocery 1 mile)

Anything your palette maybe craving from something fast to high end culinary. As well as many wineries!

All types of shopping. Name brand (yes even outlets) to antique malls / consignment.

Many day trips/family activities: fishing, hiking, cave exploration, zipline, escape rooms, axe throwing basically anything you can think of. Theres even a sand beach 11 miles away you can rent kayaks!

It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, great open area for our family to visit, while watching football. The location was close to grocery stores and the mall. We’ll stay there again.

Very well stocked and large kitchen with everything you need. The treats on the counter were much appreciated. YouTube TV and all of the subscription apps available. During the day our son, daughter in law and their newborn would come over and there was plenty of room on the large sofa for us all to watch our college football games. We tend to be mattress snobs and our backs were very happy with the mattresses. There was a fenced in yard for our pet. He had a ball chasing squirrels in the backyard. Communication with the host was excellent! Even dropped off more treats on the second day of our stay. Everything was clean and nice! We would stay here again!

Lovely place for the Holiday

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home over the New Year. We have two miniature schnauzers and needed a place that was dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. This home was perfect, they even supplied crates for our fur babies to stay in when we needed to leave for a bit. We both thought the home was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would need when away from home. The home was also conveniently located to I-70 so getting where we needed to go was super easy. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting STL, especially if you need a home for you and your pets. We look forward to staying here again, as much of our family still lives in the area.

Great alternative to staying in a hotel

We came to St. Charles for an event at the convention center and we were very grateful to have such a comfortable home to stay at. Kitchen and living room were great, all the amenities you could want. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Quiet retreat

The house was wonderful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Their was a fenced in back yard for the pups, and the house has an open and spacious interior design. Loved the appliances! There were fresh cut flowers throughout the house that added the finishing touch to the warm and homey decor. Casey was very responsive to all of our questions, which helped us in our trip planning. I would definitely give her and her property a five star rating.

Wonderful home and pet friendly!

The property is phenomenal! From the homes location, to the layout of the home, the amenities offered, and the fenced in yard! The home, and the host's effort, made our stay extremely comfortable for both us and our dogs. We will definitely be booking again when we return to the area in the future!

Quiet location close to St Louis

This home was a great location for our family of 4. It is in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood and is just a short drive to St. Louis. The host was accommodating and assisted with extra blankets as the temps dropped. The backyard is a wonderful extension of the home and we enjoyed grilling out and having dinner on the patio. The kitchen met all of our cooking needs. The two bathrooms were a nice feature for 4 of us getting ready each morning. WiFi worked well and my husband and I were both able to attend Zoom mtgs simultaneously. Very comfortable and no traffic noise while you are sleeping. We recommend this property and would stay again ourselves.
