It's within 5 miles of historic Main Street, the Katy Trail, Lindenwood University, & 22 minutes away from STL International Airport. It has everything you need for your trip & perfect for a romantic getaway, with a beautiful view of the canal. You’ll love the open floor on the main level & private bathrooms in each bedroom. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi & easy self-check-in. This place is truly a gem!

We had a great time visiting St. Louis. It was the first time my sister and brother in law visited for more than a couple of hours. The house was great and in such a wonderful neighborhood! Thank you to Lindsay and Tony for helping make our weekend memorable.

The home is in a great location. Very well equipped for a short or long term stay. Very clean as well, I will certainly check for availability for my next stay in the area, highly recommend.

A joyful stay for a milestone weekend!We stayed here for our granddaughter’s first birthday and the local half-marathon, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house had all the amenities we needed, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows that made it easy to recharge. It was beautifully furnished with thoughtful little extras that made it feel special. The location was ideal—right in the heart of a lively, festive neighborhood full of Halloween decorations that delighted the kiddos. A wonderful home base for celebration, connection, and adventure! A true gem- would definitely stay here again!

This brownstone was ideal for our quick get away to St Charles. Clean. Spacious. Very easy entry instructions.There is so much to do within walking distance from the unit. Shops. Restaurants. Coffee. Bakery. Very short drive to old Main Street. Less than 30 minutes into St Louis zoo area. We will definitely pick this spot to stay again.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay!

We stayed for 10 nights and in excellent comfort. We had more than enough space for our family of three, with a fully equipped kitchen to save on eating out and even hosted a small dinner party for our local friends! Beds were very cozy and well appointed, and everything we needed was provided in the home from clean towels to toiletries. Our hosts were communicative and flexible and genuinely seem to enjoy opening their space to visitors!

Cozy, Clean & Comfortable

My sister and I had a wonderful stay here at the Brownstone. New town is an adorable quaint town with restaurants and shopping that are walking distance which made it so convenient. We felt safe and extremely comfortable here. The house was very clean and the hosts had thought out every detail to make your stay as relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable as possible. When we come back to the area, this is definitely going to be our go to place to stay. The hosts also have many great recommendations for food and places to check out. Salt and Smoke in downtown St. Charles was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for sharing your home and making it a wonderful stay!

Loved this place

We go to St Louis for business about once a month and decided to stay somewhere that felt more like a home atmosphere free to work in comfortable environment not having to go out for food all the time. This place was so comfortable and cute. We loved it. We could walk to places to get food, coffee shop down the road. We also loved the neighborhood as it provided the ability to out for walks. Will definitely look to stay again and pass on to our colleges.

PERFECT!

Ideal for those looking to experience the city without staying directly in it, we absolutely adored the charming community of NewTown. The fantastic food and the delightful home, adorned with such cute decor that I found myself taking photos for inspiration for my own house, made our stay unforgettable. We'll certainly return!

The 2bedroom brownstone was perfect for a girls weekend to ride the Katy Trail. Everything was perfect. The 2 story town home had both bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. The backyard was nice for morning coffee. The neighborhood was very safe and lively with neighbors out walking dogs and pushing strollers. This is a planned community with homes very close to one another, but was surprisingly very quiet. Friday night had a concert at the neighborhood amphitheater. The music stopped by 11. The home had everything we needed except Kleenex. I have allergies so I noticed. We will return for out next bike trip
