Located in Delaware's most well-known resort community with world class golf and just minutes away from restaurants, retail, entertainment, Ocean City and Fenwick Island beaches.

Features include 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, 3 Master Bedroom Suites, loft area for kids to hang out and a beautiful wooded back yard.

The family room has an extra large TV. Great for the big game or a movie night! The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, double sink, convection microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, baking sheets, dishes, glasses, all stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to feel at home!

Not an indoor chef? We provide a gas grill located on the backyard patio.

The home also has 5 adult bikes available for your use. Additionally, there is a second refrigerator in the garage and a freezer.

The house has a washer and dryer.
Loft upstairs has a big screen TV, as well as high speed internet and wifi.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvas bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you have completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee above and beyond your reservation.
Children under 5 years accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Great Family Vacation

We were a group of 12 spanning 3 generations. We had a great time at this house. It was clean and had one of the most well stocked kitchens of all the houses we had stayed in. We are a family who prefers to have our meals at home and even though we came prepared for that, the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. The house was 30 minutes away from all of ocean city’s major attractions and we had no issue doing the drive daily. The outdoor space was great for evening dinners and the screened in porch allowed for amazing family conversations and games.

Spacious home

We all enjoyed our week at this spacious house! We had 11 family members aged 6 weeks to 74 years, and all were comfortable with the beds, room arrangements, and bathrooms. The outside area was nice, as was the extra sitting area upstairs. The extra fridge and freezer in the garage were lifesavers! We also made use of the bikes. We would like to suggest the following to the owner to help accommodate this many guests: some extra hooks and towel racks in the bathrooms. Also, a ceiling fan and dimmer switches in the living area, and lamps in the bedrooms would enhance the “at home” quality of this house. A blender in the kitchen would be helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay at Bayside, and would choose this home again.
