There is a double sized sleep sofa in the living room. The first floor provides a King bedroom with private full bathroom, shower, and large closet for your storage needs. It walks out to the canal side for lovely views. The full size washer/dryer is located on 1st floor for easy beach cleanup. The second floor provides an electric fireplace for winter use only. A comfortable living room setup with slider to deck overlooking the water. The kitchen offers designer cabinets with granite countertops, 22 cubic ft. refrigerator with in door water and ice, 30” ceramic top range, built in microwave, dishwasher, and pantry. There is seating off the kitchen countertop. A nice size dining room allows for family meals. A half bath is off the hallway. The 3rd floor provides a master bedroom with large walk in closet, and private master bathroom, 2 sinks, and shower . In addition, 2 other bedrooms (Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Two Twins) share a hall full bathroom with tub shower setup. The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted. Bedroom #2 #3 offer a shared upstairs balcony and Master Bedroom has a private deck.

Smart TVs are provided in 1st floor bedroom, living room, master bedroom.

Our home provides two system high efficiency heat pumps. Our windows and doors and insulated vinyl with entry door insulated fiberglass. A 52 gallon hot water heater is provided. Ceramic flooring exists in the kitchen and baths and utility room. Paddle fans are in the living and bedroom areas. Smoke detectors are within home.

A community pool is offered with our home subject to the community rules and conditions. Our garage and outside hose setup allow for cleanup from boating, pool, beach use.

We are conveniently located near Fenwick Island Lighthouse, retail shops and restaurants. We are near the Maryland Delaware line. Many amenities are located near our community.
