This furnished apartment is located in the East Cesar Chavez district just southeast of downtown Austin. The neighborhood is one of the oldest and most historic in the city, with many lovely Victorian homes. East Cesar Chavez is known for its art galleries and cool boutiques. You’ll also find bookstores and cafes, along with a variety of restaurants. East Cesar Chavez has a thriving nightlife scene that includes the trendy Lazarus Brewing Company and chic cocktail bar La Holly, as well as many other standout spots.
