Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset over a cup of coffee or hot tea at the bistro table located on the third story patio overlooking the marina.
Large open area for entertaining, which features a wet bar. Large 6 setting dining room table. Vaulted ceiling in the living room.

The space
Very few properties can say that they are overlooking a marina! The patio looks right out over it. We also have a boat slip available for anyone who wants to bring their boat to enjoy the open water!!!

A pool along with a grill, an additional large patio is available next to the clubhouse as well for relaxing or taking in a panoramic view of Clear Lake!!!

Beautiful views from the front balcony. Finding the actual apartment was a bit tricky as l wasn’t given (or maybe couldn’t find it on the app) the exact number of the apartment, just the road it was on. The outdoor furniture was a bit old with one of the chairs actually breaking when my mother went to sit in it. Fortunately she wasn’t badly hurt. Overall we enjoyed our stay but thought the apartment was due for an update.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Everything was great. Easy to find and perfectly located for our stay. Super convenient to Johnsons Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk and other attractions. We were in town visiting our son for a few days and this 2 bed condo was exactly what we were looking for. Well kept and clean. Everything we needed for our stay. The outside of the building was a little dated but the condo itself was fresh and clean. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, and the entire property was well-maintained and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior design was beautiful and made the space feel warm and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and it was such a thoughtful touch to have cleaning supplies and laundry detergent available. The pool was lovely and had a unique design we really appreciated. Plus, the view was absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend family get together

Clean and neat and comfortable. We were out of here a lot of the time just because we had a big family gathering. The beds were very comfortable. My sister says that for those under 5 ft tall a small step stool would be very helpful, but she realizes that's not everybody's need...

The property itself was really nice, with awesome views of the lake. However as we walked in we noticed that everything was still dirty from the previous guests. When we contacted our host they said the cleaner had failed to show up to clean and didnt inform them. Which I understand things happen sometimes, however we had to spend all afternoon cleaning. I understand it was not the hosts fault, but maybe it was their responsibility.

Good Accommodations, close to Clear Water park & restaurants.

The Condominiums complex & unit could use some cosmetics work. This is our second year at this unit & the two couches have stains & need a steam cleaning along with the rugs.

Great location

This property is convenient to lots in the Houston area an easy drive to Galveston close to NASA all in all a great place to stay. The unit has two nice bedrooms, a nice veranda, good sized living room and nice kitchen. We loved it.

Coffee on the balcony

We loved this stay! Beds were comfy. Balcony was so pleasant, especially with a coffee in the morning. Very quiet. Grocery across the street. 10 minutes from Houston Space center.

Great Stay in Seabrook

Great location, close to NASA JSC, Kemah. We also visited Galveston just 40 min easy drive. Perfect setup for 2 couples. Great balcony patio with view of clear lake.

Condo on the Lake

This 2 bedroom condo is lovely. It has a large patio overlooking the marina. Beautiful set up and decor. It’s our 2nd time to rent it for our out of town family to visit.

Great place!

I will start with, we missed our turn and ended up in the wrong place (Encore). I contacted the host and he instantly got us back on track. Once we arrived we were so pleased. The photos did the place no justice. It was clean and welcoming and I loved the view off the balcony. We were visiting with family most of the time so we spent only evenings and mornings at the rental. Morning coffee on the deck and an evening drink to wind down was very enjoyable. The only thing I could have changed was the sound of the traffic while we were out on the deck. It was not enough to take away from the enjoyment. I definitely would recommend this rental and will likely come back when we visit family next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location!

We loved our 2 night stay at this condo for the Houston Blue Angels Air Show! The location is absolutely ideal, only down the road from NASA and a short drive from Kemah and Galveston! We did not spend a whole lot of time at the condo, but the time we did spend there was comfy. We had a total of 6 people with us, my husband and I and our 4 kids. With 2 bedrooms, the kids took turns sleeping on the provided air mattress and were fine. The rooms and furnishings were comfy and roomy. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook meals while we were there. The balcony was great in the cooler evenings. I would only suggest a couple things: an actual knife in the kitchen for cooking (the only knives present were steak knives) and maybe double check the dirty dishes (we found some in the dishwasher and the cabinet). Other than those 2 things, our stay was perfect!
