Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset over a cup of coffee or hot tea at the bistro table located on the third story patio overlooking the marina.
Large open area for entertaining, which features a wet bar. Large 6 setting dining room table. Vaulted ceiling in the living room.

Glassware for every occasion and beverage. Clean and relaxing! Don't wait, book today. All in one pump and queen sized air mattress available for 6 total guest.
The space
Very few properties can say that they are overlooking a marina! The patio looks right out over it. We also have a boat slip available for anyone who wants to bring their boat to enjoy the open water!!!

A pool along with a grill, an additional large patio is available next to the clubhouse as well for relaxing or taking in a panoramic view of Clear Lake!!!
Other things to note

Great stay

The whole experience was very pleasant. The condo was very clean and had pleasant view over looking the marina. Lovwd the location just a few min drive from the Kemah board walk and lots of great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone looking for quite get away.

Perfect for any vacation!

Everything was great: beds were comfortable, a lot of towels available, a lot of hot water, great view, easy to get everywhere, safe with locked gates, washer and dryer available, great storage, I can’t think of anything else anyone would need! Very close to perfect! The bathroom fans need checked out and need serving bowls in kitchen! Not a lot of water pressure in the kitchen sink, These things aren’t a big deal at all just wanted to let you know. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Horrible

Neber got into the property after 3 hours inwas told by vrbo i would get a refund. Never did 2nd the owner calls me at 10 pm after i paid for hotel room for the weekend and said oh im sorry i chamged the door code and couldnt get money back from the hotel. I used vrbo for all my trips until now. Never again will i use this service

Good Not Great

The condo has a spacious layout, with high ceilings and a great view of the dock. The balcony is HUGE, which was nice. The beds were comfy, TV was user friendly. The main issues we had was not receiving arrival instructions after calling the owner multiple times. Customer service ended up pulling through for us, but it was around 9 pm at night and not something we wanted to deal with. Everything was generally clean, but there was a definite musty smell from the carpets. The white sofas are stained, which is not a huge deal, but just gives things a yuck feeling. This unit could really benefit from a steam cleaning on the carpets and sofa. Also please put toilet paper IN the bathroom, not the kitchen. We couldn't find it until the end and bought our own. Overall its a nice place, but could use a few adjustments to make it better.

Great Location

We stayed at the beautiful lake house condo after our cruise. It was my husband, myself, our two teenage sons and 4 year old. We never felt cramped. The view is amazing and the location is perfect with NASA down the street, a wonderful park just a few minutes walk away and tons of restaurants and fast food nearby. There is a market across the street in case you want to cook dinner at the condo. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Property!

Let me start by saying that the photos don’t do this property justice! When I opened the door, the whole party said, “wow!” My only regret was not booking during cooler months so I could enjoy the adorable balcony overlooking the marina. Overall, we were very comfortable and very happy with our stay. This condo is in a great location—a very short drive to a ton of restaurants, the Kemah Boardwalk, and NASA. There is a grocery store and an amazing Thai restaurant just across the street.

Nice condo for what we needed

Condo is great size. Furniture in living room and dinning table have seen better days. Kitchen have very minimal dishes so not conducive for cooking whatsoever. Overall we were happy with rental.

I would highly recommend this condo.

It was a very comfortable stay in a very nice condo. I enjoyed the deck overlooking the water/boats. I used the pool every evening. I would highly recommend this VRBO.
