The Space:

Mornings begin with coastal light filtering through wide windows, coffee in hand, and the easy rhythm of a beach day just a short walk away. Afternoons drift between breezy balconies, lively gathering spaces, and the gentle splash of the pool. Evenings settle into relaxed conversations outdoors or game nights spread across multiple floors, with room for everyone to unwind at their own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates large groups with seven king suites, each paired with its own bathroom, offering privacy throughout the stay. A dedicated bunk bedroom features two queen over queen bunks, making it ideal for kids, teens, or additional families traveling together. Thoughtful bedroom layouts across all three floors allow guests to retreat and recharge after full days near the beach.



Indoor living spaces

Spread across three stories, the interior is designed for shared moments and quiet corners alike. Three separate living rooms give your group space to gather without crowding, while a dedicated game room with arcade games and a large smart TV creates a natural hub for friendly competition. An elevator connects all floors, making movement throughout the home simple and accessible. Dedicated workspace areas and reliable wifi support remote work or school when needed.



Kitchen and dining

The main kitchen anchors the home with ample space for group meals and casual cooking. Each floor also features its own wet bar with a mini fridge, ice maker, and coffee setup, making it easy to grab a cold drink or start the morning without heading downstairs. Indoor dining areas are well suited for shared meals, board games, or planning the next day’s outings.



Outdoor living

Palm-lined outdoor spaces invite you to spend time outside at any hour. The private outdoor pool includes seasonal heat available by request from October through May. A fire pit, outdoor seating, patio and balcony spaces, and a backyard lawn provide flexible settings for relaxing mornings and mellow evenings. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining areas make it easy to linger outside after a beach day. Free parking on premises is available.



Beach days and getting around

Beach access is a short walk away, and the included 6-passenger golf cart helps you explore nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants within a mile. Beach essentials are provided for simple, stress-free trips to the sand, and bikes are available for casual neighborhood rides.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
