This ground-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Stratton condo puts you right in the center of it all. Park once and forget the car. Ski in minutes, walk to shops and restaurants, or hop the gondola nearby.

After a day on the mountain, relax by the wood-burning fireplace, play games, or unwind in the spacious living area. Cozy, comfortable, and set up perfectly for families or groups.

The space
This condo features a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with granite countertops and new appliances. The large kitchen island seats 8 and is perfect for meals, games, or morning coffee before hitting the slopes. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a CrockPot, and both drip coffee and Keurig options.

The living room offers plenty of space to relax, with a large sofa, chairs, smart TV, and cozy fireplace. Fast WiFi and Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime are included.

Bedrooms & layout
Upon entry, there’s a large mudroom to unload skis, boards, and boots, with a washer and dryer for convenience.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, double futon, large closet, and connected full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, bunk beds (twin over full), and full bathroom.
The living room sofa also pulls out to a full-size bed.

Location
Located in Village Watch (Building 4), with the Tamarack Lift just outside. Ideal for families who want to be on the slopes fast. Easy gated parking and a short stroll to Stratton Village for shopping, dining, and après ski. We’re happy to share local recommendations.

All seasons
Stratton is a year-round destination. In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding just steps away. In warmer months, the area offers hiking, mountain biking, golf, swimming, pickleball, paddleboarding, live music, and mountain-top yoga. Manchester is just 20 minutes away for shopping, dining, and exploring.

Great extended MLK weekend

We had such a nice stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised and the location was excellent. Our hosts were very communicative throughout our stay and were extremely gracious. The fireplace with extra firewood was a nice touch for cozy evenings with the family after skiing. We will definitely be back!

Great stay to meet up with friends!

We met up with my friends family here for a weekend at Stratton. Place was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. Loved that there were two separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms- perfect setup for each of our young families of 4. Thanks for a great weekend!

Amazing vacation!

We had a great family vacation and this property couldn’t have been any nicer! There was more than enough room for our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The property was clean and the proximity to the Villager lift was amazing. The kids were on the mountain within minutes in the morning. Michelle, the host, responded to communication immediately. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Stratton.

Excellent Stratton experience

The condo was very clean and accommodating. Location is great - short walk to the village, and the Tamarack lift is located just behind the building for easy ski on/ski off access. The owner was also very welcoming, informative, and generous (provided us with access to discounted lift tickets and left a bottle of wine upon arrival). Would definitely recommend.

Convenient little spot!

We had a great quick stay for the MLK holiday weekend. Although the weather/conditions were less than ideal, we made the absolute best of it. The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials. There were clear directions for just about everything - parking, fireplace, garbage, etc. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and had maintenance arrive immediately when we couldn’t get the garbage disposal to operate. We loved warming up with the fire each night! We cooked all of our meals in the condo - could have used a few more spoons, serving bowls, and another big pot but we made due. We will absolutely be returning to this gem!

Spacious, Updated, Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect and accommodated our family of 4 adults and 3 children easily. The kitchen and living room were also comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of room to gather together to spend time and make memories! The entire condo had all the amenities you could need, was clean, and had an updated kitchen and furnishings. It was a great location with a very short walk to the village / base and the Tamarack lift is right outside the condo which would be really convenient in the winter! Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It was a great stay and I would absolutely stay here again!

Our new favorite ski spot

This was our second stay at this property this winter. It has become our new favorite ski spot. Michelle was easy to communicate with for any needs or questions and was super nice too. Comfortable bed, new appliances and a big island, big screen TV over a wood burning fireplace and a comfy couch. Need I say more? Yes! The ski lift is directly behind the building for easy ski in ski out access!

Fantastic Stay at Stratton!

Michelle’s condo is incredible. Beautifully renovated, very well stocked and in the perfect location at the mountain. Michelle was extremely hospitable - she offered us an early check-in and was kind of enough to leave us a bottle of wine as a gift. We had a wonderful ski weekend and can’t wait to return. We couldn’t recommend this property more highly.

Great location

Just steps from the Tamarack lift and a short walk to the village and ski school. Very accommodating host and the condo fit four adults and four kids very nicely.

Great Ski in Ski out Condo!

My wife and I take two 5 day trips to Stratton every year. We booked this Fantastic Ski in Ski out condo for both of our trips this year. Michelle was very accessible and responded quickly to any questions we had. She was super nice too. The lifts were right behind the building so it was a very short walk. There was a nice fireplace and the wood was just outside the lobby area and covered, a definite plus. There was a large flat screen TV and a large sectional sofa that was comfortable. The Queen size bed was also comfortable. There were new appliances that worked beautifully and the new countertops looked nice too. The condo looked clean and ready for a perfect stay! Hoping to stay there again.

Great condo

This is a great condo. Beautiful, clean, has everything you need. It’s a great location. The Tamarack lift is right behind it and it’s walking to the village. We had a great stay here with our three teenagers. We had a couple of questions and the owner responded immediately. We will definitely try to stay here again

We're a family of West Coast transplants who found joy in the East Coast winters through snowboarding, skiing, and the beauty of Stratton Mountain. Once we discovered that Stratton has so much to offer in the summer and fall, too, it became our #1 vacation spot year-round. We're excited to share our happy place with you!

It's set up to be your home away from home. Beautifully decorated and clean, it includes all the comforts of home, as well as lot of games, books, and activities. Once you park your car, there's no reason to drive again (unless you want to explore some of the restaurants and shopping outside the Village).

We're super close to everything you need. Stratton is stunning in both the winter and summer. In the winter, you can ski, snowboard, sled, snowmobile, snowshoe...you name it. In the summer and fall, you can hike, mountain bike, swim, paddleboard, kayak, and so on. And then come back and relax in our comfortable condo!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love this property because it's right in the heart of the village. There's so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops there and it's a truly magical place to stroll through. Stratton is full of great surprises and events, and the locals are wonderful. We especially love when there's live music playing in the village or at one of the restaurant/bars, or when there's a fun event like the 24-hour ski/boarding event. It's a true vacation place and we feel recharged even after just a weekend here.

Some things our guests love: Tamarack Lift is steps away. You can walk to everything. Wood-burning fireplace. Two private bathrooms. Pull-out sofa bed. Drip and Keurig coffee. Washer-dryer. Keyless locks. All towels and bedding.
