This Luxury Mountain Modern townhome is complete with a private deck and balcony, large kitchen, high beamed ceilings, fireplace and breathtaking views. This former model home is set up to ensure the perfect mountain escape. Location is ideal for skiing, boating, hiking, biking, or just enjoying the tranquility of this upscale home. This home includes ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom plus new community swimming pool and spa. Located across the street from the Wolf Creek Golf Course.

Weber County requires us to provide the following:

Short Term Rental ("STR") license number: 3504;
Maximum Permitted Occupancy: 10;
Maximum Parking: 1 vehicle in garage, 1 vehicle in driveway, all other vehicles including boats and RVs must be parked in designated guest parking or along Moose Hollow Drive East adjoining the property;

Powder Mountain Trip

Awesome location and the place was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds and living space. Just down the road from the mountain. Cool restaurants and local market. Loved the hot tub after skiing and boarding all day

Ski Trip

Stayed at this beautiful condo for a guys ski trip powder Mountain only 11 minutes drive. There is access to a public pool and a public hot tub, private hot tub and all the amenities that you would need at the condo. The owner was very helpful fixing a hot tub issue. Comfortable bedding. We will definitely want to book again.

Such a nice townhouse

We were in town for a family wedding, and we needed a place that was large enough for all of our adult children. This townhouse was just as nice as it looked in the pictures, and it was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Skiing Base Camp

Perfectly situated between Powder Mtn and Snowbasin if you are interested in skiing both locations. Great equipment rental shop in town. Garage was a huge plus since we had heavy snowfall and below freezing temperatures. Would return without hesitation.

Awesome place!!

We had a wonderful time here in this house… had a wonderful time in Eden skiing snowboarding and snowmobiling! Appreciated having the food and spices in the cupboards. I loved the style and artwork throughout. The sheets are the best !! We had fun gaming table Thank you again!!

Beautiful and spacious home in the perfect location!

We come to stay in Eden multiple times a month. This has been our favorite place to stay. You can get to the Valley Market, the lake, Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley, and Snowbasin all very quickly. We come to mountain bike in the summer and ski in the winter. This property has breathtaking views, every amenity, large clean and comfortable rooms, games and bunks for the kids, and an amazing private hot tub. It's the perfect place to come back to after a long day playing. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Modern Mountain View Lodge

We were mesmerized by the all day views overlooking the Eden valley and Pineview Lake rising majestically from the valley floor all the way to the Snowbasin peak, capped off by amazing sunsets. The home was clean with a modern lodge motif. Kitchen was very well stocked, and bed was very comfortable. All the bedrooms have separate en-suites. Lots of hiking trails right outside the front door. Not that we needed a thing, but Erin let us know she was available and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Welcome book helpfully suggested a couple of nearby restaurants we enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Ogden Valley Views

This townhome is beautiful, spotless and comfortable. The views are gorgeous, and the unit is well-outfitted. The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the pool table (which is really a multisport rotating bumper table) was broken. The braces to hold the table steady are missing or broken, so you can't touch or lean on the table while playing. We had some serious pool players with us, so this was disappointing. Other than that, everything was great.

Good stay at a nice property

Overall we had a good time. Nice place in a great location with perfect views. Fun place to hang out with family. Pros: Roomy, bunk bed game room, excellent location, hot tub, views, clean, property as advertised. Cons: Hot tub was not ready for us. The circuit breaker was turned off. There were no instructions so I had to find the circuit breaker and troubleshoot myself. When I turned it on the water was 39°F. With the water being so cold it took almost a full day to heat up for use. Access to the hot tub was a bit odd by having to go through one of the big bedrooms downstairs was annoying at times. Also, the property wasn’t stocked well with essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. We had to go buy noth on our second day.

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful Condo

This was a return trip for us, having stayed in this Condo last May. We returned for the fall colors and were not disappointed. We love the Ogden valley. This Condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of the forever views across the valley, Pineview Reservoir, Snowbasin as a backdrop and spectacular sunsets. The Condo was clean and well stocked. Checkin/checkout was easy. Sadie and Jessie are great hosts. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!!
