This former model home is set up to ensure the perfect mountain escape. Location is ideal for skiing, boating, hiking, biking, or just enjoying the tranquility of this upscale home. This home includes ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom plus new community swimming pool and spa. Located across the street from the Wolf Creek Golf Course.

Short Term Rental ("STR") license number: 3504;
Maximum Permitted Occupancy: 10;
Maximum Parking: 1 vehicle in garage, 1 vehicle in driveway, all other vehicles including boats and RVs must be parked in designated guest parking or along Moose Hollow Drive East adjoining the property;
