Harbor View! Walk Out The Door Into Downtown Lex!

This home features 5 bdrms & 3 full baths. The main bdrm w/views of the Harbor features a King Bed & private bathroom! The 2nd features a King bed as well w/its own bathroom that is shared w/the living room (two entrances). The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-size beds w/a walk-out door to the patio! There are also 2 bdrms & a full bathroom. In the first downstairs bdrm, there are 3 queen beds! The 2nd bdrm features a full & twin-size bed that is great for kids!


Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s).

-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 5 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
