Perfect location and great place!

So happy we found this place for our 3 weeks in the Coachella Valley. Location was ideal - only 12 minutes to Desert Intl Horse Park in Thermal where our daughter was competing. And close to stores and restaurants in Indio and La Quinta.The house was well-equipped and bright and open. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to have the backyard space to relax and the pool was only 3 houses away. Felt very safe in this gated community.Homeowner Christina was lovely to deal with and responded right away to any questions.We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Great space

We had a great 6-night stay at the Lucky One. Nice outdoor space with comfortable seating for 6 for meals and so very close to the pool. It was nice having access to the washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we had fun with the varied genres of LPs for spinning on the turntable. Prompt communication with host when we had a few questions. We made a good choice when booking this one.

Family trip

Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. Took our son to the zoo, swimming at the community pool (heated) and played pickle ball. The house has nice amenities, Pool table and cool collection of records. We would definitely come back here again.

Nice home. Plenty of space. Plenty of amenities.

We had a blast staying here! We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and it was great. Outside it was 112 degrees but inside it was 75! We had 7 of us staying here and there were plenty of places to sleep. In the game room there was two couches that turned into beds and in the living room there was a couch big enough for two people to sleep if needed. Two of the bedrooms were huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. One bedroom was normal sized and perfect for our 10yr old. The kitchen table seats at least 8 people and there was everything we needed to make meals. There were plenty of pool towels and even pool noodles in the garage at our disposal. Also plenty of bath towels and wash rags. Washer and dryer in great shape. In the back yard was a fun corn hole game but it was too hot for us to enjoy it much. Also available was bad mitten, pickle ball and even table top ping pong. The crown jewel of this place for us was the game room! We put records on the record player some times and some times Bluetooth our phones to the record player and listen to all kinds of music from Bob Marley to Green Day while we played hours of pool. The pool table is very nice and centrally located. We spent most of our time playing pool. We also played some of the many board games that were available. The swimming pool is about a 30sec walk from the front door. The pool is salt water which we liked. The crazy heat of Indio keeps the pools very warm. Hot tub at the pool as well as bathrooms, a shower and a drinking fountain of which we used all. The host responded to my questions within 24 hours before we were staying at the house and while we were there she responded very quickly. We played golf Sunday morning and teed off at 6am. The county club has three 9-hole courses. We got to play the Indian course and the Royal course. Both were fun to play and not too difficult for beginner/intermediate golfers. The driving range and the 3rd course were closed for maintenance. When we left our kids were begging us to make this an annual trip. Great place!

Weekend visiting family

We had a great stay! Christina was always quick to respond to my emails and texts. This made checking in a breeze, all the information was accurate and easy to understand. The home was clean, comfortable, beds and furniture were comfy and plenty of towels were available for our party of nine. The washer/ dryer are newer and work great. The pool table provided hours of entertainment for us. We'll return whenever the opportunity arises in the future.
