Carla est très accueillante et donne de nombreuses explications intéressantes. L’unique problème et pas des moindres est la fenêtre de la chambre qui laisse passer le bruit de la rue : c’est infernal. Appartement sombre, 1 seule fenêtre qui donne ds une courette. Mais, très bon emplacement, appartement bien chauffé et spacieux . Bémol sur l’eau des sanitaires : brûlante ou froide. Une Moka plus grande serait bienvenue

Great location to explore the city of Naples!

The apartment was very spacious and very well located. We were next to the city centre and had just a metro station in front where you can catch a metro that is only 3/4 stops away from the central train station that takes you to Sorrento, to Pompei, ... The hosts were very nice and helpful as well and gave us great recommendations! We had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend!

Comfortable apartment in a good location

The apartment is located across the street from the metro & within easy walking distance to museums, shopping, & excellent restaurants. Christian was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Ottima posizione e gentilissimi i padroni di casa. Napoli splendida. Siamo stati bene.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, in una zona piena di servizi (supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi fornitissimo ed economico), vicino la metropolitana e nelle immediate vicinanze del centro storico. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi, accoglienti e presenti, c'era stato un guasto in un bagno ed è stato riparato immediatamente. L'appartamento, che è fornito di tutto, avrebbe bisogno però di un pò di manutenzione e non era molto pulito ma secondo me dovuto al fatto che è in uso da qualche anno. Consiglierei comunque l'appartamento perchè spazioso e in posizione strategica e poi in vacanza ci vuole un pò di "spirito di adattamento".

Si ce n'est sa situation, location décevante : appartement très sombre et bruyant (tout Naples est bruyant !) deux fenêtres dont une sur un puits dit de "lumière", peu d'éclairage (aucune lampe de chevet, ampoules faibles), douches où alternent brûlant et froid, goutte à goutte et maigre jet d'eau, équipement minimal voire insuffisant (cafetière pour 1 personne ! pas de théière, manque de petits matériels de cuisine, pas de verres à vin) Point positif : bonne literie.

La casa è in una ottima posizione anche se di notte il traffico si sente. È grande, ben disposta, i bagni sono nuovi. Christian ci ha suggerito i ristoranti, pizzerie e pasticcerie dove gustare le specialità napoletane. Renderebbero migliore l'esperienza una migliore illuminazione della casa, un kit di benvenuto (acqua, frutta) e una pulizia più profonda

Great location, wonderful hosts

The apartment is conveniently situated, just off Piazza Dante (and its metro stop), near Piazza Bellini, the Archeological Museum, and Via Toledo. The accommodations are comfortable and as advertised. Nothing luxurious, but a great value. The hosts were wonderful and responsive: there was a minor electrical problem in the apartment and they got it fixed immediately. When our travel itinerary changed at the last minute, they were super flexible and went out of their way to help us.

Very comfortable, safe and spacious apartment in good location.

We felt welcomed and comfortable enough to go out and visit the area. It was close to many sites, shopping and food. Apartment was particularly comfortable. Would go back again and hope to!

Apartment beautiful, but area just ok

We thought the apartment was beautiful, but had a bit of an issue getting into the apartment building from outside....we had to jiggle the key. We also only received 5 free gb of wifi, and that is just not enough with two teenagers. Also, one of the neighbors left for the weekend and turned off the gas, so we returned from a long day of walking to no hot water. However, Christian was very accommodating and talked us through what to do to get the hot water back. Overall, Christian (and Giorgio) were wonderful and the apartment was beautiful and very accommodating!!! The biggest negative about Naples was that we had horrible service at the restaurants we went too. We definitely felt like they did not like Americans :(

Great location, great apartment

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (ages 8 and 5) and loved it. The apartment was so spacious that the kids could have their own loft rooms, and the location could not have been more convenient to fantastic sites, restaurants, and the metro. Christian is a great host and made many useful suggestions of places to see and places to eat. We would recommend this place to anyone! We hope to stay here again ourselves the next time we are in Naples.

Apartment in the heart of Naples

Just recently my husband and I spent 3 nights in this apartment as we traveled through Italy. Christian met us at the apartment and was incredibly kind and helpful. Spent a lot of time recommending restaurants and sights to see as well as answering our many questions. He was extremely quick to respond to the many emails passed between us before our stay. Just an overall excellent host! The apartment is located in an excellent area where everything is within walking distance. We wanted bakeries and supermarkets close by and that's exactly what we got. All the sights of Naples were within a very short walking distance. It is a very spacious apartment with two unique spiral staircases leading up to lofts with extra beds. Great for a family! I do want to mention that the bed was extremely hard. For us, it was hard to get comfortable and sleep well. If you love hard beds-you will have no problem at all. I just wanted to throw that out there for those of you who would find this to be a problem, well, I am giving you an advance heads up! It is a noisy location with a main street right outside your window. Horns honking and sirens blaring were heard frequently. I will say that this did not bother us. We felt is was all part of the culture and we were there to experience the culture. We felt very safe here. We had a lovely time. Thank you, Christian, for making our stay so enjoyable! très bon accueil et bien situé

appartement bien situé près de la place Dante, près du quartier historique, de la via Toledo commerçante et qui mène à la baie, métro à quelques mètres. On peut tout voir à pieds. Appartement correspond à la description, facile à trouver, propre, bien équipé. Propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et de bons conseils sur les visites ou les restaurants, pâtisseries, ... Je recommande.

Clean, Modern Kitchen, Great Hosts

Christian was always prompt with correspondence. Carmen greeted us and went over the house information. She also called and set up a Taxi for our early morning departure. The apartment is in a busy Dante Plaza area with shops, restaurants , cafes, Gelato, and the Archaeological History Museum with artifacts from Pompeii near by. The outside of the apartment complex is dated, but the apartment has had some updating done, and is spacious, quiet and comfortable. We were out and about until 11 pm and had no problems and felt safe. I would recommend this apartment, Christian and Carmen are great Hosts.

Great location for a stay in Naples. Near the metro stop and lots of room

Christain was very helpful when we arrived and all through the booking process. Spent an hour with us on arrival. You are right in the heart of things above Dante square. Lots of good places to eat close by. Two bathrooms was huge, and everything was as advertised. It is an old building with thick walls so internet only worked in the main bedroom. Street outside was noisy though out the night so you need to be aware of that. Beds were very firm so it worked great for me. Good value for the money and great location for getting to things and doing things in and around Napoli. We spent most of our time going to sights out of town and that worked ok as it was a 20 minute walk to the ferry and 3-5 minutes to the Metro.

Historic Center Adventure

My family of four stayed here for two days only. We wanted to experience the true "taste" of Napoli! And it was worth it! The apartment is well located and is within walking distance from the Piazza Dante where the metro is one-half block away. You are two blocks from many historical sites and great local restaurants. The apartment has high ceilings, plenty of room and a good kitchen for cooking. Christian was great in welcoming us at the apartment and helping us get situated...it was great. If we come back in the future, we will definitely reach out to Christian again! Thanks, Izzo Family

Great Apartment in Great Location

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. Christian and Carmen couldn't have been nicer. They met us at the apartment and gave us maps, tour books and great advice of where to eat, shop and get around. Also, they were only an email, text or phone call away if we needed additional advice or directions throughout the visit. Apartment was great. Had all the amenities (kitchen, bedroom, TV (all Italian), washing machine, 2 baths, living/dining room) and great AC! The location could not be more ideal. Center of the historic district. Easy walk to the Archeological museum, restaurants, shopping and cafes. The subway stop for Line 1 is right in Piazza Dante, as is a bus stop. The sightseeing Hop and Stop bus stops right in front of the building. 15 minute walk (or short subway ride) to the port for water shuttles to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Capri. We thoroughly enjoyed the bedroom window overlooking Toledo Street and Piazza Dante with all of its pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The shutters and wooden doors nicely muffle any exterior noise at bedtime. Apartment on upper floor and is well secured. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Naples. Special thanks to Carmen and Christian (and kids) for your help and hospitality!!
