Brand new spacious Penthouse, located in the charming sought-after village of Mellieha. This fully-air-conditioned 3 bedroom Penthouse includes 2 bathrooms with shower and a spacious combined Kitchen / Living / Dining. Complementing this property one can find a large terrace with spectacular panoramic sea and country views and a second spacious terrace with Private Hot Tub. The terrace is furnished with Jacuzzi, garden furniture, sunbeds and gas BBQ. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta’s sandy beaches.

The back terrace is about 22 sqm, front terrace is about 30sqm and has an internal area is about 85 sqm. It is located on the 4th floor (top) with lift.
Facilities:
– Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge;
– Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, etc;
– Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine;
-Towels and bed sheets are provided.
Water and Electricity consumption is not included in the price for stays of more than one week
