Lovely house/location

This was a very nice house and Brampton Managment Co was easy to work with. Location was terrific, kitchen was well stocked, back deck was as fun as it looks in the pictures. Only criticism was a pool that felt a little too cold, and beds that were not as soft as we are used to (that could be personal preference). Would recommend!

Great Spring Break!

Perfect family hang

We stayed at 943 for a week and had a great experience from start to finish. The Brampton Team was attentive, accommodating and incredibly nice to deal with throughout. We had one issue and a maintenance person was at the house in no time to fix it. The house as as advertised and a great spot for our family. Great location close to all the shops and a short drive to Atlantic and downtown. Would highly recommend.

Serene; great open common space

The strengths in the property are the large open common spaces around the kitchen area, and the outside pool area. We were two couples who travel together each February and the layout of the home was terrific, with one bedroom near the front and the two smaller bedrooms on the opposite corner. We loved making meals and gathering in the kitchen. And spent a lot of time outside reading, working and enjoying as the seating areas were generous and the area felt very private and quiet. We had a couple items we needed addressed, and within literally 1 minute of texting, someone called and was on their way over to assist. We were bowled over by the responsiveness of this management team.

Great home!!

We had a very nice stay at this home. The house had everything we would have expected and our kids loved it! The pool area and deck were so welcoming and very relaxing. The only minor issues we had was poor wifi and the dish washer didn’t do a great job of cleaning the cups. Other than that it was perfect!!!

An Outstanding experience. Called me a week prior to check in and answer all my questions as well as the day we arrived. House was very clean. Good space inside. The view, in my opinion was even better in person. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area! Thanks, and we’ll be back again.

Great Stay - Would Do It Again

Our family stayed at this property for two weeks which was a great much needed getaway for us. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a college student. The house exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again, maybe same time next year. We were comfortable just hanging about and using the pool, but the house is also conveniently located. A great neighborhood for morning walks or a bike ride, and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Trader Joe's, Dunkin Donuts, and a few other stores were right around the corner which was very convenient. The property managers Paul and Carla were attentive to any needs and very accomodating. We felt like we had everything we needed for two weeks and it was easy to feel at home, make a big meal, have some fun and enjoy the surroundings.

Great backyard!

It was a great property. Fun location off the intercoastal and the backyard was great with the pool and tiki bar. Great neighborhood for walking and kids riding bikes.

Backyard Paradise

It was a wonderful experience renting this property. The outdoor space is exceptional with the wonderful pool, Tiki bar, lounge/dining area. House was very clean and well stocked. Perfect spot to shelf during covid. Management company was responsive and terrific to deal with.

Great pool and close to Delray downtown and beach

The back patio and pool were amazing. We had couple small kids who were busy for hours in pool while we relaxed on very comfortable expansive back patio enjoying the sun. Appreciated the sound system on the porch as well. Three minute drive to great beach. Very convenient Delray location - near best grocery stores and also five minutes from Atlantic Ave. John, the property manager was very helpful and accommodative for our questions and requests such as beach chairs.

Wonderful stay in DelRay

Awesome home - clean, spacious, good quality furnishings and bed linens etc. Quiet, safe neighborhood, 2 min drive/ 10 minute walk to shops/ restaurants/ Trader Joes etc and only about 5 mins to the beach. We'll be back!

We had a great stay in this house - the back yard area is much larger than it appears in the photos and is a really peaceful and quiet place to relax - plenty of sun on the deck and also plenty of shade in the covered area. The home inside is very bright and tastefully decorated. Check in/ out was smooth and easy, and the house was very well set up for an easy trip..

First class accommodation

We had a wonderful stay in this home - it is thoughtfully laid out with 3 distinct living areas - this makes the home feel much bigger than it looks in the photos. The outdoor area is superb - spacious and with great sunset views over the intracoastal - the tiki bar is great fun and there is a cabana bathroom which is extremely useful. The kitchen is well stocked and arrival/ exit was extremely smooth and easy. We have rented with Brampton Park a few times and never been disappointed with any of their homes.
